We hadn't really noticed it but called numerous times, emailed on their website, and did not get a response until I put a review on Google and called again. He responded to the bad review by stating he didn't even do that work for me and snake to drain. Which never happened. He finally contacted me showed up sent his employee in his employee said yeah it's loose but you should've noticed this in the beginning so we're gonna have to charge you. I said no your labor should be guaranteed for two years like you said and that it is an obvious labor issue. He said I'll have to speak to my boss and see what we can do, he's out in the van. He came in went upstairs looked at it and said yes the bolt was loose. There's no way that can come loose so basically yes we think your inspection loosened the bolt. I said ok so you tighten them for me and he said yes it's not moving now. Me trusting what he said I let him leave and told him thank you and that I would take the bad review down. He left I went upstairs and the toilet was still very loose and wobbly. I contacted him again right away and he said there's nothing wrong with the toilet that he tightened it and it was not moving when he left. I said oh my gosh, how did it come loose two minutes later. Very shady company and will not stand by their work. I had another company come out today to find that only two screws were in the flange that requires four. They said the two that were in there were old screws and barely reaching the wood. So it wasn't even that something happened with the labor. They just took a short cut with no care. Terrible!

Despite this being the underlying cause, the company refused to honor their warranty, claiming the problem was caused by grease. They insisted we would need another hydro-jet to fix the issue. Given that their own warranty was not upheld for a problem clearly beyond normal use, we cannot recommend this company.
