Despite this being the underlying cause, the company refused to honor their warranty, claiming the problem was caused by grease. They insisted we would need another hydro-jet to fix the issue. Given that their own warranty was not upheld for a problem clearly beyond normal use, we cannot recommend this company.

I was waiting for the call but I never receive one by noon so called again. Michael said he would call me back since he needed to contact the plumber on his eta. A few minutes pass by then I get a call saying he is running late by 30 minutes. I rush home to get thing ready. Just to find out that it was later then expected and the plumber called saying on what street he was on. The van was not marked and Brandon politely introduce himself. I showed him where the rusted out sewage pipe is leaking from that need replacing. He wanted to see the upstairs bathroom and attic space to figure out an accurate estimate to give. I had to remove a couple stuff in the attic since he wanted to see and he offered to help.He wasn't able to see still because the paneling in the attic. Through out this Brandon was very talkative. 15 minutes to look over plumbing. Took about 45 min to get it written out since he gave three estimates and said he would give me a deal. All in all it was informative but the pipe I need replace was in a tight spot and he mention that they weren't responsible if something else gets damaged. I was like mmm. We had a water main break-and had water pouring into our finished basement from behind the wall. We had several calls out to area companies, and they either couldn't get here to start for a while, or it was too large of a job for them to take on. We found Bennies, and they said they'd be here Monday, and they showed up right on time-ready to work!! They brought a group that was very knowledgeable, and skilled.. and I'm not kidding when I say they worked very well together! When they left our house today, the job site was broom clean-and they took the time to hose down their work area by my garage. They were quiet, and before starting our job; they made sure to put up thick plastic sheets to keep the dust/mess out of the main part of our house. They had to take out 2 bathrooms, (1 down thru the cement slab floor!) same as another floor in a hallway, they had to go thru the floor there, too. They got our water back on yesterday as well as the use of our drains! We were pretty devastated when this started, and didn't know where to begin to get our house back together after something this big-but Bennie's took the wheel and they didn't steer us wrong. They were very reasonable! The team were all very polite, and we couldn't be happier! They put in the cement floors today which needs to dry up some before new flooring can be installed. Everything was fully explained and fixed- I even thought a new shut off valve would be needed for 1 toilet- they could easily have changed it and charged me.
