Excellent Communication, customer service, honest, and excellent work! I called a different company previous to this one and had an extremely terrible experience with trying to solve my problem. 36 hours after calling the previous company, still no one had shown up to fix my issue. Out of desperation, I searched for a new company online and came across Emergency Drain and Plumbing. This turned out to be the best decision I could have made in this situation. I called their company at 11:00am today and spoke to Tiffany who was extremely polite and helpful. After explaining my issue to her, she had the owner Brent call me within 5 minutes and her gave me an honest opinion. About two hours later, they sent two extremely knowledgable and honest technicians out to my house. The two guys's names were Garrett and Aaron . They communicated every possible scenario along their process including risks and costs involved. They even happily let me be that annoying guy that watches them do their job and ask a bunch of questions. TALKING ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The job was completed to perfection after they cleared a calcium clog in my stormwater discharge drain 80ft from my house! No more water backing up next to my foundation! I called yesterday afternoon, two days before Thanksgiving, because the main line from the house was mostly clogged. They had ZERO openings but offered to come out first thing the next morning, between 8:30 and 9:30. I accepted this and lo and behold, Owen, our tech, was here at 8:35. He was friendly and helpful (even as I pestered him with how-to questions- it's a guy thing) and was extremely thorough, checking multiple lines to make sure there was really just the one clog. By 9:30 he was done, the work areas in the basement were like before, and he was on his way. I don't recommend casually, but I can recommend Emergency Drain and Plumbing whole-heartedly. read more

We called emergency drain and plumbing as we thought our toilet was leaking due to a very high water bill. Andrew came out the same day and checked all three toilets and showed us how to read our meter. He was polite and informative and we came to the conclusion that the high water bill was probably due to the hot weather at the end of the summer season and our sprinkler system which was not turned off until late Oct. My technician Fry showed up on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He remembered being at my home two years ago for the same issue. Seeing that we get a drain cleaning every 6 months, Fry took the time to see if there were any long term solutions for us. Ultimately the drain was cleaned successfully and there was no wasted time or efforts to inflate the bill. Ken came by and fixed our problem at 6:30pm on a holiday Sunday night. I called and he showed up FAST! No more than 30mins wait, which was great since we literally had a valve leaking in our basement. He fixed it up fast and charged a reasonable price for an emergency Sunday evening call. EDAP was wonderful! The crew, Guy and Greg, came on time, were neat, and cleaned up. The township inspector gave a green light on the work. This meant that they were able to finish in the 2 days that was allotted for the job.
