It was absolutely hideous and the manager (who was there) just stared at me and made no effort to apologize or make it right. It wasn't until I started crying that they told me that they wouldn't charge me- probably just to get me and my wrecked hair out of there as other customers were staring at that point. Horrible experience. It's taken multiple processings to get my hair presentable. Avoid at all costs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hanson for 20+ years. Recently a crown that he put in 8 years ago…read morebroke while I was eating a banana. After evaluating my tooth he said I needed a new crown. I said will it be full price? He said yes because there is evidence in the back of my mouth that I grind my teeth. Not once in my life has he or any dentist told me that I grind my teeth. I never have jaw pain from doing so. In my opinion he made that up. A crown should last 10 years minimum. You'd think after 20+ years I get a discount on the $1500 crown. I am very disappointed and feel betrayed. Hanson Dental lost a loyal customer.
