I have been to a lot of Asian massage parlors. I live in metro that has a chinatown and I travel a lot. Some offer things that aren't supposed to be offered but this place was legit and professional. Asian massage parlors are just so much better than ones for white people. They are expensive and won't work your hips, glutes, or hamstring. The part that is bullshit is that the buffalo police department pulled me over for speeding after leaving. I don't know how I was speeding with my cruise control on. They said they were playing their sirens but weren't and then when they pulled me over, they were asking the same questions as to what I was doing and where I was staying and where I went over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over hoping I would trip up or give them something on their fishing expedition. I haven't been ever been worked over like that for anything, let alone speeding. It was beyond bizarre. This is the reality of the situation, the police department is harassing customers of a small business, run by people that clearly are young immigrants. It could not even be fathomable in their mind for someone to open up an Asian massage parlor and it not be sex trafficking or prostitution. Shit like this happens when you get outside of the Twin Cities and get into the rural suburbs that don't have an Asian community. So, yeah the Buffalo city police force sucks. I didn't witness anything remotely unprofessional or was offered anything. If you want a massage, they give a good one and cheaper than Massage Envy or any other white person chain It is sad this is what it is and a small business run by immigrants might just be run out of town due to the Buffalo police force profiling.

Despite all of that I started to have an anxiety attack as I disrobed for my first close contact with a person not in my bubble for four months. Being massaged in a mask was weird but not as uncomfortable as I expected and it was so necessary for healing my mind and body during these anxious times. You can feel safe here and who doesn't need a massage these days?

In addition to knowing how to apply dip powder so well, she's my favorite when it comes to nail prep and cleaning. I always appreciate the time she takes to properly clean and prep my nails before the dipping part begins. Titi is an artist. She's become my newer favorite tech when I want to get creative and add fun nail designs to my manicures. She specializes in recreating the most beautiful designs--Pinterest is no match for her. I truly appreciate the time and dedication Titi puts into her nail art, always making sure I'm happy with the final result. I also love the pedicures here, primarily due to how extremely relaxing they are. There are plenty of options and enhancements to turn your pedicure into a complete spa experience for your feet, but I really appreciate never feeling pushed to choose a specific upgrade--just whatever feels right that day. Whether it's gel or dip powder, my manicures typically last ~4 weeks, and my pedicures almost always last 5-6 weeks before looking like they need a touch-up. Excellent value. Because this is such a wonderful nail spa, they're usually pretty booked, so making an appointment is recommended. It's an excellent place for a girls' day or a well-deserved solo treat.

I went with a gel manicure and spent $40 base price. They do prefer cash and charge a fee for credit card, $2 for Amex which beats the charge to take out cash. I cannot wait to return and I'm so excited to have found a salon that I can continue going back to! If you're on the fence, don't be! CoZy deserves the 5 star rating!

Probably my worst experience at a nail place ever! Made an appointment to get my nails done at 11…read moreo'clock and showed up at my scheduled time. The salon was full and I finally asked one of the girls at 11:20 if I would be taken soon. They eventually sat me in one of the chairs where I waited for another 10 minutes and then the owner came over and quickly started filing off my acrylic. When my nail technician finally came over, she was making comments about having money and asking me very weird questions. When they got finished doing my toes, they moved me to another station. When I selected the color I wanted she went to get it and started painting my nails. I wasn't paying too much attention to the color as I was chatting with one of the moms next to me. When I look down at my hands, I noticed a completely different color and asked the girl what happened to the color I selected in which she replied she didn't like that color so she picked another one. When I asked her to please paint my nails, the color I selected she got irritated, quickly started filing the color off and pushed my hands down and told me to go wash. The salon was filthy, everything was old and on top of that, they ended up charging me more than the price I was told. I found out a girlfriend of mine had a similar experience with her daughter there. This place is a disaster and would recommend never going there for your nails.
