We do not have an elevator. I am disabled and obese so I understand the struggle of carrying things up these stairs, however, the company states they are flexible and therefore should work with potential customers interested in their services. I would have paid extra, or helped the employees carry up items, if it really was an issue but the owner did not give me that opportunity. They just stated "three flights is a long way to carry cleaning supplies...." Do you only clean one story homes? What about two story homes? Why is one more floor an ultimate disqualification? You are climbing two stories, what is one more? You are refusing service to a disabled individual because of something they have no control over. I have booked with another company that said my location is "not a problem!"

I told them what I needed to have cleaned. They gave me a price on text message and description of service. A day before Sabrina texted me saying she was sending 2 other people. She never showed up. She called me later to tell the cleaners were staying for 3 hours, I explained it would not be enough time to finish the list of items we had agreed on. Her cleaning lady was constantly on the phone, apparently with Sabrina, coordinating her through the cleaning. Eventually Sabrina called and said her cleaners were not going to clean certain parts of the house. After 3 hours of work and hours on the phone they left. They did not finish the list of items to clean, they did NOT vacuum, they did NOT mop the floor, they did NOT take the garbage nor cleaned the sink. Take a look on the pictures. After they left my home was in a worse condition than when they arrived. I strongly do NOT recommend this cleaning company.

I , on the other hand, have not received a letter nor a phone call. My attorney has assured me the statue of limitations, on such a case , is three years-so I will be taking the opportunity to pursue my case against this company..
