The draft of letter arrived 4 days later than promised, did not contain info we discussed and was very poorly written. I immediately dismissed him based on total incompetence. He kept the entire $1000 retainer which I received nothing for except an unusable letter. Do NOT waste your time or money on hiring this incompetent man!
