Their driver decided to connect his tow chains to the tie rods. While pulling the car onto the truck one tie rod broke the other bent the control arm was pushed up causing a ball joint to fail. The damage cost was $2,634.18 and now they don't want to pay for their driver's negligence. This is even after their driver admitted connecting to the tie rods to both me and the mechanic. Please be aware of negligence with their driver. Oh yes I did forget to put that they tried to offer less than half of the total damage they cost. I also requested their insurance company, so I could explore additional methods to reclaim all my losses, but they won't give me their insurance comany's name or number.

In 11/2024 I had this business repair my Starter Module in my 2004 Buick Regal LS, it came with a…read moreone year warranty, almost exactly one year later this part broke, called the business and they came out and got my car, when i returned for the car i was surprised to find they put in a "Crank Sensor" in my car, again i was given a warranty on this part too. I picked up the car, drove 5 miles up the street and went into a store for a hot coffee, when i returned to the car, it wouldn't start, when i called the shop yet again, i was greeted with a very frustrated manager on the phone "that part was brand new, i dont know why it broke", still under warranty i asked them to repair it, this time upon recieving my car, i drove it straight home due to being very ill, i got in the car 4 days later to go to my doctor's appointment and the car refused to start once again. at this point i asked to speak with the owner or get a full refund for the faulty/poor work they did on my car and im still waiting for a response. i've called every single day and i'm told the owner Christopher Remillard was notified of the problem and would be calling me back soon. It has been a full week and on going i have heard nothing, meanwhile the manager "Mike" wants to hook my car up for more testes and parts, thus milk me for yet more money to repair my car, and has refused to offer to repair the broken part.or give me a refund on the faulty/poor repair job, DONT TRUST THIS SHOP, and i will report them to the BBB if this problem/refund is not taken care of properly, DONT BE A VICTIM!!
