My car came back beautiful. Inside and out. It looks like a brand new car. Great job and would 100% use them in the future. It probably isn't fair, because I have no idea how long a big dent and scratches can take to repair. They had my car ten days. But like I said I don't know much about body work and time frames. My side passenger window mirror was completely shattered along with pieces of the mirror being broken off, meaning I had to replace the whole mirror. I got my car back today and I can tell you without a doubt I would never go to another repair shop. The woman at the front is not as warm as the two gentlemen I met but she is juggling phone calls and rentals so I get it. They not only repaired my car but took care of something I asked for a quote to fix not related to the accident! They replaced my bumper cause they noticed it was damaged underneath and just wanted to make me happy!!! Who does that these days? I have to say that this is old school service at its best. Extremely annoyed. Scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle looked at one week in advance. Showed up a half hour early to the appointment and was told they did not have an appointment scheduled for me at the time I was told and that they had it for a different day. Their mistake not mine. Did not make any effort to have anyone come look at the vehicle and asked if I wanted to come back at the time they had scheduled. I had explained already that I was busy all other days which is why the appointment was scheduled at this time. Not very pleasant. No effort to keep my business. So they lost it. read more

Do not even try to complain, you will be met with justifications for shoddy repairs from someone with a very obvious Napoleon complex. I was involved in an auto accident in johnston, my vehicle, 2015 Silverado, couldnt be driven and I remembered a television commercial from reliable collision that they worked for you not the insurance company and that they coukd make most deductables dissapear, so I had my new truck towed to them, met the owner Randy, the must unfriendly arrogant person I ever met, at that point if they hadnt already started work I would have taken it somewhere else. They made rediculous money on my truck, $12,000 damage repaired but if i was paying out of pocket i bet it would have only apprsised at half that and arrogant Randy couldnt bury a $500 dollar deductable? Its not about the customer there its all about the cash, i didnt even get a how did you find us? Thank you for trusting us with your vehicle, not even a thank you when i picked my truck up, the hood was off center a little but but its a new truck it should be perfect, they stole a hydraulic luft assist shock off my tailgate, they made some previoys scratches dissapear until i washed the truck and what ever they used to hide them washed offo totaly. Never again will I or my family and friends go there and deal with Arrogant Randy. Reliable collision, they are out to screw insurance company and screw you . Randy was one of the most understanding and kindest people we've ever worked with. He was extraordinarily accommodating to our situation when we had our accident. Reliable took our car in on a last minute basis, and stayed after their hours to make sure that we were situated while our car was in their shop. They sent us text updates throughout the process letting us know what progress was being made to our car so that we weren't left wondering what was happening in the meantime! Our car was also fully and thoroughly repaired a week before their estimated completion date which has both my husband and I pleasantly shocked! Randy also assured us that our repairs had lifetime warranties, so if we did have any further issues, we were welcome to come back and get them fixed!
