She handed me clarifying shampoo and basically wished me good luck. My mother in law likes her so I went with her but she absolutely has no clue how to handle blonde hair. I'm 28 and have been getting my hair done for 13 years now and never have I had some hack job dye my hair brown. I'm blonde, I've been blonde and she botched my hair.
