Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming - Cocoa Beach

Just set up my next appointment! I am sooo happy they opened in Cocoa Beach I had been to a Woof…read moreGang Bakery for treats at another location and really liked it, so was thrilled when they opened here! I took my pupper for a nice bath, brush and nail clipping days after the official opening - although I got a little preview and was gifted a yummy bag of dog treats during the "soft" opening - and my boy was all happy, clean, trimmed and handsome...with a yellow bandanna :) I wish I'd thought of taking pictures... The store is a wonderland of toys and treats : surely a dog's paradise of smells ! They carry many healthy treats and bits, some grain-free too which is perfect for my boy who's a Shar Pei. We have since adopted another pupper so both are going for a good clean-up! They have a self-service dog wash too, which I think is awesome, but my Pei won't even step foot outside if it's drizzling ...LoL ..and our new adopted rescue is 76lbs of American Bulldog/Catahoula who thinks he's a lapdog and jumps straight on the patio couch instead of going outside for his business, so I'm glad the groomers are so great and patient with these two big "muppets" haha.... I can't begin to imagine the havoc we'd leave behind if I even thought of wrangling either of them into the self-service bath - which by the way is super efficient-looking and stainless steel gleaming !!! The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful, so if you're not sure what you need for your furbabies just ask them. Prices are not modest, but neither are they overly high: if you want quality and good service, you need to be willing to pay for it, and for me this store does exactly that. If I'm not dragged across Atlantic Avenue by my two doggos next visit - their combined weight + strength = a Sumo wrestler or two - I will try to get some pictures for y'all !!!

I sent this to you on Sunday May 31st and haven't gotten a response. I was hoping to resolve this…read moreprivately but since you're irresponsive, I don't have a choice. Dear Grooming Team, I am writing regarding my dog, Churro, who was groomed at your salon on May 30, 2026. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality of his haircut. I have attached a photo, though I have several others that show the same issue. As you can see, the fur is very uneven and choppy in multiple areas, and the overall finish does not appear professionally groomed. What makes this especially frustrating is that payment, including a tip prompt, is requested before the owner has an opportunity to see the completed groom. As a result, I paid for the service and tipped before realizing the condition in which my dog would be returned to me. I understand that some dogs can be challenging to groom. However, if the groomer was unable to safely or effectively complete the haircut, I would have appreciated being contacted. In that situation, I would have preferred a bath, brush-out, nail trim, ear and eye cleaning, sanitary trim, and any other appropriate services, rather than an attempted full haircut that resulted in this outcome. I would have gladly paid for a reduced grooming package had that recommendation been made. I am happy to provide additional photos if they would be helpful. Could you please let me know how you would like to address this situation? At this point, I am disappointed enough that I will likely seek another grooming service in the future, but I wanted to give you the opportunity to review my concerns and respond. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you. _________________________________________-- This site doesn't allow for pictures, so sadly I cannot post the disaster you made out of him.

The absolute worst groomer I've ever been to. Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. My appt was at…read more9:30am on a saturday morning but when I arrived the groomer wasn't there so I waited until 9:45. I had another appt to go to so I left the message of how I wanted my dog (a maltese) to be groomed with the front desk. My dog had some matting on her hind legs and paws and had specifially said "I'd prefer my dog not be cut too close to the skin but if you can't get the matting out or if it's going to hurt her, go ahead and shave it off." They told me it would take about 2 1/2 -3 hours. I told them if they had any questions to please call me. I called 3 hours later to see where they were at with my dog. The groomer told me over the phone that they've been spending all that time "marinating" her mats with a detangler. I had an event to go to at 2pm so I asked the groomer (Sarah) what had been done so far?. She stated nothing has been done, no plucking, brushing, baths or hair cllipping because they've been too busy trying to detangle her mats. I asked her since I can't leave my dog any longer, can she just clip her nails and brush her teeth. She said it was no problem and she offered to wash and trim around her face. When I picked up my dog, the hair around her paws and face was butchered. Not only was it completely uneven, it was so short compared to her body hair. Her matting was exactly the way it was when I dropped her off. I asked the groomer why she did that and she implied it was my fault for having to pick my dog up at 2. She then told me it was a base cut and I can bring her back on Monday. I was furious. They wanted to assure business with me and wanted me to pay for half the grooming. The groomer and I argued for a good 10 mins. She continued to let me know her credibility and that it was my fault for letting my dog develope matting. As we were arguing, she placed my dog on the front desk and cupped my dog's face in her hands and was shaking her head as she was arguing with me. I took my dog, paid for the teeth brushing and nail clippping and left. Her last words to me was "Fine! Go to another groomer!" and walked away. And because I refused to pay half the amount of the hair grooming the lady at the front desk walked over and took off the bandana off of my dog. I looked up the reviews on this place later that day and found the same reviews. Rude rude rude. They must have deleted those reviews because I can't find them anymore. If I could give Bow Meow a no star, I would. Be aware of this place. The grooomer Sara is highly egotistical, self-righteous, and argumentative.

THIS IS AN UPDATE: As far as THE PAW SPA PET GROOMING, my…read morereview is still the same. After being to the vet and taking the medications, I'm glad to inform that KHLOE IS BACK TO HER OLD SWEET SELF. Meaning: she wasn't sick when she went to get groomed. She got sick 1-2 days after that so bad that we thought we were going to loose her (she's 16). ANOTHER MISTAKE was done and eventhough I tried to get the info from the vet (that I'm not going to mention here, but Khloe will no longer be their patient)... Before grooming, the employee asked me about her shots, which I did not have the info on hand... In front of me, she called (?) the vet who apparently gave her the okay to go ahead with the grooming. Detail: her BORDATELLA had expired on 10/25/25.Which I didn't know and I believe it's required for dogs who socialize with others. She should had denied service right there. At this point, I don't know who's "not telling the thruth". Khloe wasn't seen by her usual vet, but another one who's not listed on their website. When I enquired the vet, they "go around and around" without a "direct response" eventhough "all calls are recorded". I can only get to one conclusion: they're protecting each other. Be careful with who your trust "your babies" with... principally when they're old. We're their voices and it has been proved to me that not always these businesses have their best interest on mind, but that the $$$$ is way more important. Thanks to YELP who allow us to write here a review that can not be purchased and/or changed by the business owner. ps.1 - Yes... She had knots this time as many other times in the past. Groomers should know how to deal with that. Khloe was going there since 2022 and never had a problem with Ashley. ps. 2 - Owner said that it was going to send me a record of the conversation which I never got and now I probably have been blocked from her phone. Which, BTW it's okay with me because I really don't want to deal with either businesses anymore.
