I took my Pekingese and shiatsu here for the first time and will NEVER go again. I was asked how much I wanted taken off. I replied, a little shorter tail, shorter beard on my shiatsu so it wasn't in his mouth, and a bit less on the chest of my Pekingese. I came back to 2 shaved dogs, whiskers and all. Even the ears were shaved. Who does this? And the icing on the cake is that the price was 21% more than my regular groomer. Was very disappointed with the service. Maybe they should ask their customers if they want a 1 or a 3 for shave height.

I wish I could pick a negative star. I've been here twice. New to Florida, I took my two 7 year old doodles in on December 1st and was very satisfied with the service. Last week was our second and last visit. I should have known she'd be doing a rush job as she told me to pick them up after 2.5 hours. Doodles should take 3-4 hours. She completely shaved one of my boys face which was not necessary. And I was charged $100 more than their first visit. They are both miserable and I'm needing to trim all of the spots that she missed. I'm so very disappointed and so angry. I could debate the need of them being shaved but do understand that happens. They have had to be shaved twice before over the past 7 years in Michigan but the groomer did a nice even shave, they looked great and never had their faces shaved. My dogs were given a terrible cut and I was charged $260. I'm not even sure if they were bathed. They dont even smell like they did after their first visit there. I'm so incredibly angry and disappointed.

UPDATE!!! I have been bringing my Cockapoo Charlie to Karen and Harold @ Spa 4 Paws for well over a year now and I needed to give an update on this WONDERFUL GROOMING BUSINESS! If you want THE BEST love, grooming, and bathing experience for your 4-legged kid, you are truly missing out if you have not brought your baby(ies) to this quaint SUPER CLEAN, VERY reasonably priced groomer. Karen is the absolute best at what she does (she has TONS of awards for her grooming expertise and show-cuts and is just so humble and sweet!) my Charlie Dog loves going in to see her and Harold and he goes at least twice a month. I have tried just about every groomer in Titusville/Port St. John area and until you have been to Karen, you haven't brought your baby to the best, I promise! They are my FUR-EVER Groomers! ;-)

    Radar is perfectly groomed.

Very friendly people but hair cut was choppy. The owner didn't do it, had she I think it would have been better!

My 11 year old Chorkie had a great experience here. Very clean and friendly environment. I recommend bringing your pet here.

We took our mixed breed, Andee, to Karen and her husband after we've been to a couple of other groomers in the area.

The staff are always so welcoming and friendly on the phone and in person to my dog and myself. The boarding prices are great. We no longer live in the area but when visiting, she can always use a spa day. For a bath and trim nails, the cost was $30. Again, the prices are absolutely a steal! I was able to drop off at 8am and she was ready prior to 1pm. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a great place for boarding and or grooming!

I'm so upset with myself for going against my instincts and taking my dog here. The staff is…read moresuper friendly to you on the phone and in person. I fear once you leave that isn't the situation for the dog. First they told me my dog would spend little time in the cage. That there were pools he was going to play in. He was going to have so much fun. This was his spa day! We agreed that he was to be scissored trimmed. No buzzer. None of that happened. I picked up my dog, he embraced me like he just came back from a war. Jumped up on both legs and was hugging me. He kept that up for an extended amount of time. Every time he got down he jumped back up. I got him in the car and he was crying, which he never does. So I walked him. He had the runs, something fierce. I found that extremely odd, he hadn't strayed from his diet at home. When he gets back into the car, all the hair they trimmed off started falling all over the place. Like he wasn't combed or blown out after his trim. I went to take a drink of my water bottle and he literally got between me and the bottle. He was extremely thirsty. Which is weird for him, he doesn't drink much. I get him home and he is constantly licking his pee pee and his thigh. I see his thigh is full of razor burn and his pee pee seems inflamed. Remember the part about not using the buzzer on him? Obviously they did. He drinks more water and I notice white foam/drool coming from his mouth. That went on for about an hour. I don't know if he ingested shampoo or something in that shop that caused the foaming and the diarrhea. All day he was lethargic. He has a tracking collar, I can tell every step he takes. I can tell if the collar was off. So the collar stayed on the whole time and it registered 72 steps the whole 4 hours he was there. That bit about playing in the pool, having a bunch of fun, no cage time. That was a complete lie. He was the first one checked in, not sure why he had to stay there for 4 hours. My dog is not used to this type of treatment. No dog should be used to this treatment. I will stick to groomers where I am allowed to keep eyes on him the whole time. Also, this is the first groomers that did not ask me for proof of shots. Which means if they didn't ask me, they aren't asking other people. Which means they can be taking in sick dogs. Very scary!
