I recently quit my job there because the owner Tawny gave one of the dogs in her boarding care a medication called Trazadone, which is an SSRI/anxiety medication. It belonged to another boarded dog and when confronted about it, she said she has been in rescue and pet care for multiple years and always has plenty on hand, and that she had consent from the dogs owner because he "forgot" to send in the medication, which can only come from a prescription. She was not aware that I got the dogs owners information and contacted him myself to see if this was true, I found out from the dogs owners information that it was in fact NOT true. Tawny lied and said she got consent from the owner (she did not) and that she gave him trazadone that she had on hand (this was also not true, I saw her preparing the meds/food and she did in fact, take it from the other boarded dogs medication bottle. Another disclosure: the Oxford kennel was recently bought by tawny at the beginning of this year i believe, and is being operated by her. She also operates her own "rescue" called Tails of Hope and claims it's out of Ross, Ohio. She does weekly events at the Blue Ash Petsmart where she brings these rescue dogs and tries to find them homes, which is a noble cause, but giving a dog a prescribed medication that doesn't belong to it, is not ok.

Rebecca stated she was healthy (not the case), potty trained (not the case), and crate trained (not the case). Rebecca first said that Delta "took the money out of her account" but didn't credit her plane ticket, so our dog was not able to fly out the day we agreed to. Also she said the crate she was putting our puppy in was not at the standard for shipping animals so we had to pay $150 on the spot to get her the correct crate from the airport. One would hope that someone who sends puppies out routinely, would know how Delta credits flights for checks written as well as, the correct crate to send. She sent 2 other puppies from the same litter in crates as well. The first few days at home, our dog had diarrhea almost every hour, and hardly ate. She was lethargic, too thin, and dehydrated. We took her to vet immediately, after I saw worms in her feces. She had giardia, which, I understand is common in puppies. But she SENT her to us that way!!! Our Veterinarian told us, "this breeder should have never sent a sick puppy like this. how cruel, and irresponsible." She was sent with a health certificate (of which we had to pay $53 to get) that said she had the ability to fly safely. I tried to reach Rebecca via email many times about this sick puppy. All while ignoring my emails, and stating her email was hacked. I've connected with another owner who has a puppy from the same litter. Her pup has continued giardia like ours, as well as the same exact story of the "missed airline flight, and cost of the crate." This breeder stated how lucky I was to get a discounted puppy. Well now I know why she's discounted, because she was so sick. This breeder does not give the full story, in my mind, to it's customers. UPDATE 1/4/2020- My dogs Giardia is STILL not clear yet. My vet clinic is very shocked she is still so ill. Probably because she was sick for so long. My dog is now on a strong antibiotic!!!!! If this doesn't work, I'm not sure what our options are.

The final result looked professional; I asked for puppycuts. They also smell great! The grooming didnt take super long and they didnt spend half the day locked in a kennel. I did recieve a recent cancelation due to high winds, but these vans are tall, I get it! Actually this time it was storming and I'm not sure how I didn't end up with a half cut dog, because Matilda freaks out during storms, but as you can see, she came back perfect! Her bow is still on 3 days later which is also another feat!

Aas we all know pets become a part of our family and I Have a 22 pound Tom cat name Mel and had…read moretaken him to Cicero Veterinary Clinic before with decent results Recently he had quit eating regulary so I called them and set up an appointment He was treated and some blood work was needed and with the results they said Mel was diabedic and they gave him some ointment to rub on his ear that was to increase his appitite and insulin for diabedis my total bill was over $400 which was a small price to pay for a family member However after applying the ointment like instructed for 3 days his appitite had not increased and I could not give him any insulin so I called them back after being put on hold the receptionist instructed me to take him to a 24 hour Vetenairy clinic and that was being thrown under the bus after I had already paid over 400 seemed liked they did not care this was not at the end of the day this was at 230 in the afternoon there normal business hours they are open to 6PM which gave ample time to see him sometime before they close I don't know what there problem is there I know I will never visit them again under any circumance by the way I do not complain much I joinrd Yelp just to post this
