I can not stress enough, if you are in need of a notary, call the number to this agency, ask for Michelle, and find comfort and ease in the fact that she is helping. Why you ask, let me share my experience. Last week I went out of town on a cruise, and I needed my passport. I did not have my passport, which I hadn't received from the passport agency. The night before I was to leave, I was frantic. I hadn't received anything back from the passport agency, and I was leaving the following afternoon. After getting ahold of Royal Caribbean I found out that all wasn't lost. If I wasn't stopping in Cuba, my license and birth certificate would suffice. Only problem, my birth certificate which was also with the passport agency. Yet again all wasn't lost, as I Royal Caribbean informed my that a notarized copy of my birth certificate would be acceptable. It just so happened, I had two photo copies of my birth certificate. I found all of this out Saturday around midnight. Sunday morning, 6 am, I started to make calls to Notaries (I know! So early on a Sunday, what a jerk I must be). At 8 o'clock, I received a call from Michelle, saying that she would be able to help me, but that I may need more than just a notarized copy of my birth certificate, but I may also need another document, and that she would do some research and call me back. About 5-10 min after we hung up, she called me back, let me know I needed the copy notarized and an Affidavit. She met me, close to my house, and I had everything I needed by 10am. She came prepared with everything I needed to board! Professional to a T, and was as concerned about my issue as I was. I was still nervous as I boarded that day, thinking this couldn't be it, and that I was going to be turned around and escorted out of the port. Not the case. Michelle was absolutely correct about everything she said I needed, and I enjoyed the first vacation I have had in about 10 years.
