She made a mistake and had tax bill mailed to that residence not the residence where I live. When I informed her of the mistake and asked she make it right, she basically said it is your responsibility to make sure you receive your tax bill. My responsibility to make sure she did her job properly? Really, is that the level of care you provide your clients? If you are foolish enough to use her services, you better double check her work cause if she makes a mistake, you will pay for it. Disgusting!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
