We stopped by Sheetz to try their Sheetz branded sour gummy worms. The gas station itself seemed pretty standard. They have lots of different snacks inside (including our gummy worms) and so many other things (pictures included). They also have a place where you can get hot food. It was all a little chaotic inside and the bathrooms weren't the cleanest. We were able to get our gummy worms though and they were pretty tasty! Overall a quick and easy adventure. read more

This Sheetz used to be great. Then after the renovation it seems service dropped off. Last night I was standing behind 4 people in line with no one at the register waiting for an employee to appear with 1 more behind me. Before I walked up they were literally walking around the store looking for an employee to checkout. We just stood in line waiting until someone finally showed up. If it was a 1 time thing I wouldn't have cared but this has happened with my past 2-3 visits to this location and has happened at other Sheetz locations as well. All have recently been built/torn down and rebuilt for renovation. I've never experienced an issue with finding a cashier before the renovations. Seems Sheetz spent all the money making new buildings when they should have been focused on hiring more employees... read more

Ordered food from Sheetz, have the sticker receipt from the side of the bag saying PAID!, get home and my burger is made completely wrong and I'm missing my chicken tenders I PAID for. When I go back to show them, the manger says they put the tenders in the bag I must have ate them and just am coming back for extra.. and then show the photo and video of my burger being wrong and she said it wasn't wrong at all.. and I had to paid for new tenders.. read more

I love Sheetz, they are one of my favorite convenience stores. Unfortunately there are not too many around the Souderton area, there are a few up north and out west. Today my sister and I made the trip to this location and I was impressed. It was large, well stocked, everyone was practicing social distancing and safety measures the food was delicious. The Big Mozz is a personal favorite of mine for any convenience store. When this pandemic is over I'd love to make more trips up here! read more

Every time I visit a Sheetz, you can count on at least a 40 minute wait for your food..they only keep one register open (so the lines are long!) and I've received the wrong order FOUR times. I just paid 15.00$ for absolutely the most awful coldest oddly prepared slowest SMALLEST burger in my entire 37 years of life! The passionfruit raspberry lemonade was also awful extremely bitter and was obviously measured wrong. None of the food employees wore hairnets as they carelessly fiddled with my order. This location is close to the office so I find myself here from time to time and yes it is great that you can get made to order food and gas all in one stop. What keeps Sheetz from being great is that their price for gas is usually high and you could go to the Wawa on Airport Road and save easily a five to ten cents per gallon regularly. Also make sure that you're order is filled fully as more than once they have given me my bag and after checking I find that at least one thing was left on a counter and never made my bag. read more

Earlier this year I was working nearby this stores location. Every week, I would stop there for gas and coffee. They are providing great service to the Allentown/Bethlehem area. Having a Sheetz rewards card makes this location even better for travelers, too. This store is definitely worth the trip to. If this store was closer to me, I would go there more often. read more

Love this place. If I come across a Sheetz, I always stop in. I get the fried Mac n cheese and a coffee. It doesn't sound like much but it's divinity in my mouth and honestly makes my day. This place is always clean, the people are always friendly, the shelves are always fully stocked. People will attest the competition is better and that's only because they've never been here. Wow wee.... I think management as well as all the staff need retrained or replaced. Even though it's a newer looking Sheetz with a surprising car wash on the side, the staff don't seem like they like their job at all and it shows in the quality of service and the food. I was not asked about the Sheetz card at checkout like the other Sheetz locations I've visited. I realized this after the fact so I missed out on any credits applied to my account. I think I spent over $20 on food to go. The food was way off.... the fries were over cooked and a ton of salt was on them. The salad did not contain much lettuce and was placed in a bag on top of hot food. Not the smartest thing to do. I would recommend going to a different convenient store or getting food from one of the establishments in the strip mall in walking distance. I did not have this luxury since it was after 9pm and the strip mall was closed. I really dig Sheetz, just not this one. I won't even bother giving it a second chance. Sheetz has significantly raised my expectations of convenience stores. This location is much nicer looking than the Scranton-area locations I have visited. This Sheetz (and many others, but not all) have an awesome and *free* digital tire pressure station. Just set the machine to whatever PSI you car specifies, and let it do the rest. No need to fiddle with those little pressure gauges. This machine gets five stars, seriously. So does the beverage selection and the long-gone cream cheese filled pretzel. Cue the memories of late night snacking. When I walked in, there was one cashier and three people in line, including myself. Within moments of my arrival, two more cashiers stepped in to eliminate the wait. I was surprised at the staffing level but the amazing response to the short line was nice... ...if only they jumped as quickly to remedy the bathroom situation, which was a disaster. Crumpled paper strewn about, a broken towel dispenser, "floor glaze" in front of the urinals, the half-unwrapped moldy beef jerky (is this even possible? It was definitely mold) sitting on top of the urinal with a bite taken out of it... either the people of Bethlehem are absolutely filthy, or the Sheetz staff cleans around the problem areas (since everything else seemed spotless). Anyway, you can't ask for much more than this from a gas station/convenience store/fast food restaurant/car wash with outdoor seating. It tendz to get hokey with the namez of productz, and I've seen nicer Wawas, but Sheetz generally blows its competition away. read more

I have a monthly subscription but every time I come in there is no actual milk for coffee just half and half and cream. And there is never any sweet ice tea brewed. Always green tea or unsweetened. As for the soda fountain the sweet tea like mango or peach or something is always empty, raspberry tea is not a useful alternative. And the lemonade at the fountain is always out too, with no sign. Frequently out of Extra Large cups/lids. I've ordered food for delivery and pick up, order sweet tea but I end up with unsweet with no option to cancel or refund. I order no ice or light ice and it always comes with a full cup of ice. Often forget sauces even when going in and doing Made to Order purchases. Why were gourmet soft pretzels, not the packaged ones, taken off of the rewards menu? Women's bathroom is often low on or out of toilet paper. The Sheetz on Nazareth has the exact same issues I listed here. Except sometimes the sign will say sweet tea, but it's actually unsweetened that happened 3 times now. Gonna try the car wash for the first time tomorrow but I wish I could find a list of options and prices online to know what to expect. I will never buy food from sheetz again. It was over $7. For only a burger the same size as a McDonald's cheese burger but with 3 small onion rings and one peace of bacon ripped in half. The only thing that gave it flavor was the BBQ sauce. Orders are done by computer so there is nothing personal about it. When I have buisness in Bethlehem I always stop at Sheetz! In the morning especially somehow they keep the line moving, some Sheetz are notorious for having a back up at the food counter this one doesn't. The staff is usually friendly. My only complaints are that the pumps are slow and/or not working right. Also, the air pump never seems to work for my tires, it always errors out. Definitely happy with my choice. Last week I was leaving work at 1AM and my front tire blew, lucky for me I was able to pull into the sheetz . I went inside and asked if there was anyway someone can help me quickly to put on my spare tire, I was told "No there isn't" now I would understand if it were busy but it really wasn't . I know it's not sheetz problem but I just felt it was rude, for me being in the parking lot from 1-330 AM when I finally got someone to come help me put a spare on, they did not seem to care at all. All negatives. Sometimes we end up here during late night hours when most other places are closed. I was there tonight with a group of friends in their 20s-30s but only parked for a few minutes when the cops rolled in and started telling people they would be inspecting and ticketing vehicles. The cops seemed irritated that they had to respond to a call, as if they don't get paid. They said Sheetz had called them to complain that people were hanging out but not contributing to the store. We hadn't yet gone inside to make purchases but this group always buys food and drinks and they don't leave their garbage everywhere like other patrons. We are usually moving or throwing out garbage so we can sit and eat. The cops stayed around for a while, asking all kinds of seemingly irrelevant questions until they realized we were likely not the group of people the store was complaining about. But when one of the guys went in to buy something he overheard the nitwit behind the counter talking about the 30 year olds outside acting like teenagers, saying 'they should get a life'. These are patrons of Sheetz, and they are decent, educated guys that work hard all day. Maybe the employees of Sheetz should shut their mouths and pick up the trash. We'll be avoiding this place, probably best anyway as some of their foods still contain hydrogenated oils, bht, and azodicarbonamide. Sheetz = garbage and attitude. read more
