When I opened the items upon returning home every item had an issue. The photos were not lined up with the magnet backing, the poster was creased, and the last product was not lined up. The photo was handing over the edge of the mount. I called and a very kind woman told me to bring the items in and they would reprint them. I went into CVS to have them reprinted and the young man at the counter needed assistance and then the woman that was helping him needed help (no problem, I'm patient when people are learning). The woman that came up to help, possibly a manager, stated there was nothing wrong and she put the order together herself. I showed her the problem and she said they were good enough. I stated they were gifts and I didn't feel comfortable paying for something that wasn't put together correctly. She became very rude. I asked her not to give me attitude and she became even more rude and raised her voice to me. I ended up just getting a refund and will have to get my items printed elsewhere. The woman was waiting in the parking lot and made several comments. I truly hope she was having a bad day and doesn't treat other customers the same way. She should not be working with people. As we drove up another patron became aggressive with us. He claimed we almost hit him. Mind you this is a notoriously small parking lotpulled out my phone and began recording to protect my safety and the safety of my husband because this patrons behavior was so bizarre to us. My husband entered the store to make a purchase.The angry patron and I began exchanging words but we never got close to one another since he knew I was recording. Turkey hill employee Gail then comes up to my face and begins pointing at me aggressively and barking that I am not Allowed to record her even though I am well within my rights in the law to do so. I believe she did this as not to be identified. She told me to leave even while the white male patron was still berating me. Gail never once told him to stop. In fact she asked me to leave. When my husband came out of the store because he could see how aggressive she was with me. Gail immediately backed down and began walking away. Apparently she can only be tough and throw her weight around with black women. He asked me what happened and I told my husband that she asked me to leave. He called her out on her racist behavior as we were the ones being harassed by the other patron but I guess because he was a white male she instantly saw me the black female as the problem.
