He then began searching for a new motor for our boat. He found us the exact same motor only a year newer with low hours, and he was able to install the motor very quickly. He picked up our boat, installed the motor, and launched the boat at our dock within a day! He made sure the boat ran perfectly, and even contacted me again after the weekend to make sure the boat ran as it should! The gas gauge was broken from the start. we dropped it off…read moreto repair while under warranty, and nothing seemed fixed. the gauge still wobbles horribly. this past fall received a recall notice from Bayliner instructing us to have dealer of purchase repair it. We had over 10 contacts with Bakkers only to be put off throughout the winter. Come spring, we were put off 3 more times. I contacted Bayliner for assistance and miraculously received a call the next day that Bakker's was ordering parts, and they will contact us in a week. Crickets. I gave them 3 weeks (in case of slow delivery) before calling for status of recall repair. I got the run around again with attempts to blame others for miscommunication. final answer from Bakker's was that Bayliner took account away. this left me back to starting all over again to find a dealership that could take care of the recall. I would NEVER use this business again. In fact, after to speaking to others, I don't know how they stay in business. I have read the other negative yelp reviews and they are all consistent with my experience. While purchasing a boat there may be an OK experience, don't deal with them after that!

They squeezed us in on short notice due to a Canada fishing trip so we were impressed enough that they were willing to help us out when no-one else was willing to. Unfortunately there was a power defect in the unit which was a manufacturer issue, not Pine Crest. Staff tried several different options to help me out, but didn't want to jeopardize the warranty since it most likely needed to be returned. They kept me up to date on every step and explained in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. After that I went to trailer the 20' boat back on the truck and realized that since it was a gravel parking lot, the ball hitch was unfortunately too high for me to trailer up. They brought a lift down from the shop across the street to help me elevate the trailer and get it home safely. These guys are awesome and will get our business from here on out. Special kudos to Olivia and Tom for being so helpful. I just want to tell ownership that they are assets to your company and should be cultivated in a leadership role as they are the reason I am so happy with my experience even though I am still without a fish finder.

We had reservations for this tour and made sure that we took their "sunset tour". Price was fair, they have a big parking lot around their office. We were fortunate enough to have Captain Mike as our tour guide. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the history of this lake, where I found out that this humongous lake is man-made. Taking this tour after a very busy, adventurous and celebratory day was well worth it. If you happen to be in the area, I recommend that you try it.

It has a porta potty by the huge parking lot and were suggested to use it before going to the lake. Arriving earlier gave us half hour to enjoy the pedestrian walk path by the lake . A beautiful sight to behold. If only we have time, there is a walking trail along. The tour was enjoyable, our guide was amazing. The ride gave us the chance to explore the history behind this man made lake. We solved the relaxation we craved through this boat trip for this weekend. An enjoyable ride.

I called A & D and spoke to Pete who said it was no problem and he would fit me in since I was only there a short time. Pete and Mike were a pleasure to work with and helped out with a bunch of little things like my missing fuel cap, they found a replacement for no additional charge. These guys did a great job getting my boat running and cleaned up. After the boat was in the water I took my 40 year old trailer to them to replace the rollers and the dry-rotted tires. Again they did a fantastic job and I can't say enough nice things about the work and how I was treated. Whenever I am near the Wallenpaupack area that is where I will take my boat for any kind of service. I might even make the 2 hour drive up from home because the service was that good! - Dean
