This was my First time being at a Sheetz convenient store. I had to be there for the grand opening. The opening puled out all the stops, with great giveaways, they gave away Two $250 gifts cards and One $1000. Also you could win other little prizes. QFM 96 was there to promote them. Sheetz is a family owned business based out o Pennsylvania. The gas prices seem to run a little cheaper than others. The store have made to order subs and other goodies. If you are a coffee drinker you can have a specialty coffee made as well as other drinks. This is a great one stop shop. The employees were very helpful and eager to please. I cannot wait until they build one closer to me. read more

Enjoy my second visit to this Sheetz on West Broad Street. Ordered from the kiosk with a Breakfast sandwich for lunch with Sausage, Scrambled Egg, and Cheddar cheese on a croissant and Mini Hash Browns. Had a large fountain drink of half Diet Coke and other half Diet Dr. Pepper and a birthday cake donut with my meal. I have never disappointed when I visited any Sheetz. I will have to have Burger Sliderz with Fryz next time. I will back again to this Sheetz. read more

Place your order on a little kiosk and your order is handmade right in front of you. Reasonable price, clean restrooms and a small store for items to go. The service was great. Majority of the time my order is right, never speedy but right. Tonight I ordered a chicken ceaser salad with fat free dressing. Guess what? No dressing for a dry ass salad. How hard is it to throw a dressing packet in the bag? Absolutely pissed me off now I have to eat this healthy shit without my fat free dressing. And sheetz pays these clowns 20 bucks an hour. My husband and I have been wanting to eat at Sheetz since they opened. Today we finally did. We were at the kiosk for a while trying to figure it out. After a while a supervisor Loron came over and helped us out. Loron suggested the double cheeseburger so my husband ordered it with all the trimmings plus an egg and double bacon. He said he could eat this everyday. I ordered a killer pretzel bread veggie sub. The fries and mozzarella sticks were really good. What a wonderful experience we had today. The sweet people preparing our food all had smiles on their faces. One of them came to our table and told me they love to make customers happy. Very fresh and good food and awesome customer service. I had the best customer experience at this location. I had 3 lottery tickets to turn in. I knew that two of them were giving me an error at the machine when I went to check them. When I gave them to the cashier he said that there was an error reading the tickets. He stated that he had never seen the error before and it told him to have me call the Ohio lottery. He then wrote down the phone number and gave me a reference code for the tickets. He was the supervisor on duty and he did a fantastic job handling the situation so kudos to him! read more

Out of all of the Sheetz that I frequent in Central Ohio, the W Broad location seems to always be the cleanest (bathrooms, Fizz drink area, lot). My review is prompted by manager on duty, Mr. Lorin going above and beyond when cashier Amanda and I ran into an issue with my transaction. Both Lorin and Amanda made me feel like I've been a regular since day one. The issue was quickly resolved and Lorin ended up giving me a free Fizz fountain drink! read more

The worst Sheetz I've ever been to. We were told they would get fired if we sat down in their dining room because it was closed. If your dining room is closed then your kitchen should be too. We were also told it would take 45 minutes for our order to be ready because they were prioritizing mobile orders and door dash orders. The staff continues to tell every customer walking in the door it would take that long to try to get them to not order. The worst customer service I've ever experienced and the food was cold by the time we got it. Also the dirtiest Sheetz we've been to. Do not waste your time or money at this Sheetz. read more
