--Location/Parking-- Right off of I19, near a Lowes. Easy to get in and out. A bit crowded during the day, which tell you it is good because they have a steady crowd. I didn't see any parking spots. --Ambience-- Similar Sheetz layout and there were many people waiting for food orders. Gas station was packed with many waiting in line for pumps. --Service/Staff-- Awesome staff that got me water for my dog. Praise to the staff for going beyond in getting water on a hot day. --Products-- Usual coffee and gas and no complains for me --Capacity-- This Sheetz was on the smaller size because of the location. Horrible sheetz stopped on a traveling trip and they had no silverware out for anyone no salt & pepper and messed up my food order gave me syrup with my muffin not jelly and no one was around in the kitchen after to fix it literally one of the most trashy sheetz. read more

Someone told me that you could get two hot dogs for a dollar at Sheetz. Cool cool. In WV, most of us eat our hot dogs with chili and slaw. Those are actually called WV Dogs. When I lived in Pittsburgh back in the mid 2000s, I couldn't find a hot dog with chili and slaw, so I'd get MTOs at the local Sheetz. I was really disappointed to find out that the Sheetz in WV do not offer slaw for hot dogs. It's crazy Pittsburgh would but WV would not, when it's such a common food here. Anyways, two hot dogs aren't a $1. I imagine they were at one time. I ended up getting chili, onion, ketchup, mustard, and relish on mine. They were $3, which is still pretty cheap. Definitely not as good as a WV Dog, but if you are looking for a cheap meal, it's worth a stop. read more

The first thing, we at Marbin, noticed driving into the Sheetz in Fayetteville WV at 4am, was the magnificent red pagoda that housed the gas pumps triumphantly. The gas station is truly an architectural marvel that brings to mind the imagery of james dean, muscle cars and 50's diners. This station could have easily been the focal point of an Edward Hopper painting, with its clean lines, balanced neon lights and all American feel! Classy!!! I walked inside and was utterly overwhelmed by the abundance of amazing culinary options that the Sheetz catalog had to offer. The fruit pieces (in the plastic cups) looked so fresh, that I could see the light glistening from dew that was still softly caressing them. The prosciutto and cheese were passionately intertwined in their packs like sculptures of two lovers devouring each other. The selection of Jack Links flavours was so vast, that it would leave even the most devout beef jerky connoisseur dazzled. At this point, I was honestly not surprised to find that they had a few styles of hummus and pretzel packs as well. However, this was all merely foreplay! After choosing a gourmet late night snack, it was time to scavenge for my two drinks of choice: water with bubbles, and an unsweetened cold brew. I stood in front of the cooler, feasting on the selection with parched eyes, and began to feel what could only be described as uncontrollable exuberance! Never in my life, have I witnessed such diversity of bubbly water!! Sheetz stocked everything on the market, from the intense bubbles of Topo Chico to the sassy bubbles of Perrier to the gentle bubbles of San Pellegrino! As I stood there, shell shocked, by the unbelievable variety, like a horse standing between two hay stacks, unable to choose which one to graze on, I noticed that they also carry unsweetened Starbucks cold brew coffee!!! WOW! I turned to a bandmate and asked him to pinch me as hard as he could, so I could be sure that I am not dreaming. The pinch was painful, but as the pain dissolved, I realized that I was, in fact, in gas station heaven. I love Sheetz in Mt Hope next to Crossroads Mall. I been going there for years They have excellent coffee and pepperoni rolls. Last week I was shopping in the store and the nicest young man who helped me get my bags to the car. Tavis is his name and he is such a polite and respectful young man. Stop in and holla at Tavis. Has everything you could want in one convienant stop! I especially appreciate the coffee choices they offered. Ordering a salad or sub sandwich or hot meals is done by a computor touch screen. If you have trouble finding just the right coffee strength when you're traveling, Sheetz is a great option as you can make the coffee just the way you like it. Not the stop for nicotine, I expected went in to get a pack of cigarettes and was ID'd right away I didn't have my Id with me and tried to explain to the service worker and he did not listen and gave me some BS excuse about laws or something like come on now buddy. read more
