When you're driving and you get thirsty and/or have to the restroom, stopping at a Sheetz is not a bad idea. I stopped here on a Monday afternoon around 4pm for the primary reason of getting something to drink. When you first walk into the right there is a seating area along with 4 kiosk to place food orders. I did not see anyone in the food preparation area, however. Along the wall to the left was beverage stations where there was coffee, fountain drinks, and slushies. The trashcan must have been full because I saw a cup hanging out of the hole where trash goes. I notice a bag of dominion sugar sitting in front of the container labeled fresh brude tea. Along the right wall in the front was the cashier area. In between the walls were the aisles for the snacks. The bottled drinks coolers are located along the right side just before the restrooms. They have a beer cave that's directly in the back. I decided to go to the restroom too. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either. There were paper towels on the sink. In the larger stall, there was A baby change station. There was also toilet paper all over the floor by next to the toilet. Neither of the two stalls had toilet paper in them. I'm glad I didn't have to poop, because I would've been S.O.L.... There were two urinals that was clean, one of which are used. The soap dispenser had soap in it and the air dryer work. I ended up getting to Arizona teas, which was two for $4. There was a line when I walked in, however by the time I browsed and chose my drink there was no wait. The cashier was super friendly and I noticed that she was multitasking by doing something with what I assume to be the change dispenser. Overall, the store itself was clean. There was a PNC bank ATM and a lottery vending machine. The men's restroom definitely needed some TLC and to be restocked. read more

I stop into this Sheetz often as it's on my way to work. Every coffee I've ordered here has been yummy. The selections of food outside of the MTO is excellent as well. They have a stocked up little center island fridge with lots of goodies to check out. Including the little peanut butter & honey uncrustable which makes for a yummy breakfast lol. Always quick and kind - Sheetz is always a win. read more

It's time for another SHEETZ REVIEW! Sheetz reviewz it'z what I do'z. This particular Sheetz is a very new location near the Palladium shopping center in High Point, which I am convinced will start piling buildings on top of the buildings they already have if they run out of real estate. It's a large Sheetz, and in a really good location to do quite a bit of business, so it stays pretty hoppin' until the places in the shopping center close up around it. Being a new and large Sheetz, it is featuring the latest and greatest interior layout, which unfortunately due to COVID-19 is mostly going unused. It is almost half fast-food restaurant and half convenience store, but with a mammoth walk-in beer fridge in the back. One of my main uses for a Sheetz besides getting gas for my car is getting a cup O' tea. Love that you can score a fountain drink here in a big cup for less than a buck. The self-serve drink and slushie options here are massive, they take up almost an entire wall. In the few times I have been to the location, they keep it nice and clean, as well as the bathrooms. I haven't tried the food at this location, so can't speak to that. My only gripe at this particular Sheetz is that the staff somehow always seems to have a problem ringing people up. Even me with just a couple fountain drinks that are all the same price, seems to trip them up. I have had to correct them more than once, which is strange given that there isn't much in the store without a barcode. read more

ZERO stars!!! I informed the Mgr on duty about an issue with a gas pump, she did not know what to do so stated she would call customer service for direction. While inside the store waiting on her, the food worker asked me if she could assist. I informed her that I was waiting on the Mgr who was checking to see how to handle the issue. The food area worker (Robin) then went into the office where the Mgr on duty went and came back out and handed me a slip of paper with the "customer service" phone number on it. She told me the Mgr was on the phone speaking with corporate and it could take a while. After a little while longer I asked the cashier (black girl) if she could go ask the Mgr to come back out and I got the same reply, on the phone trying to get assistance and it could take a while. I then decided to call the number that Robin gave me. While on the line with customer service, I walked back to my car and noticed two white male officers walking to my car. I found out that the on duty manager lied about calling for assistance with the issue but pulled a "KAREN" instead. Three HPPD officers showed up, the white male officers approached while the black male stayed back and watched. The KAREN Mgr lied and called the police stating I caused a disturbance in the store! I found out that KAREN left her shift early crying because her feelings were hurt. Hurt feelings are not a reason to lie and put someone's life in danger by calling the police reporting a false claim! The HPPD officers are just as racist and dangerous as the officers in the George Floyd case! DO NOT visit this location!!!!!! read more

Came early morning, before 9; to grab gas, coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The manager greeted me while making my coffee and was very pleasant. New coffee machine are... ok. I left my coffee and went to place a my order. When I got gas I scanned my sheetz card but once the receipt printed I noticed that I didnt have my 3 cent per gallon discount. I went inside and Susan handled the situation, providing me with the customer service phone number and other great information. 5 stars to a great, pleasant staff! Thank you Susan! I love Sheetz as a whole but after waiting and social distancing myself from another guest, my boyfriend and I were told to practice social distancing from the worker instead of saying excuse me as she had to pass by to go to the bathroom. It was really rude and inappropriate how she handled it. I understand this time is crazy and stressful but I think there were different ways to handle it. I will gladly continue using Sheetz but not that location! read more
