What an unpleasant experience that turned into a jaw-dropping awestrikingly amazing experience. I took my son's vehicle to get a new battery after getting a jump. After several hours of waiting for a battery, the end result was that the car would no longer start AT ALL *eye roll*...that's another story. Since the car no longer started, I had no other choice than to call for a tow. All-Over Towing is who came to the rescue. Our towing expert was Bryan S. Bryan was kind, courteous and super skillful. We first started with another attempt at jumping my son's car. Dishearteningly, it did not work. There were several challenges with this tow and Bryan took on each one with jaw-dropping expertise. I watched Bryan in total amazement while he rolled the car up on the tow truck bed. He put "skates" on the wheels so they wouldn't drag too much while pulling the vehicle up. The vehicle is front wheel drive. Who knew there was such a thing? When we arrived at the destination, I watched Bryan again in total amazement while he unloaded the vehicle, (although not without more challenges), with such precision and carefulness. I tell you, you just had to see it to believe it!!!! Bryan is beyond words amazing and I am thankful for his help in our time of need. Bryan, if you should ever see this, I don't have enough words to say thank you for the care and concern you gave. You went over and beyond which to me was superior service. My husband, one-year-old son and I were in a severe accident on 150 about a month ago. Our car was flipped three times by another vehicle that crossed the line into our lane, almost causing a head-on collision. The responding state trooper called the contracted tow companies that work with the state to retrieve our car, which was a total loss. Unfortunately, All Over Towing towed our vehicle that day. Without being asked or asking permission from the property owners, this towing company proceeded to "remediate" the lawn we landed in with a pound of seed and two bales of straw and tried to charge us over $1,000 for this work. Our car was held "hostage" for three weeks racking up massive storage fees while the insurance company was disputing the charges. We finally spoke with the State Troopers who handle these tow companies, and they fixed the problem. No more astronomical landscaping charges from the tow company. But now, over $700 in storage fees for the vehicle have been accrued. It appears that this company tried to take advantage of us during a traumatic and vulnerable experience. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND SHADY. If you ever are in an accident and they tow you be sure to double-check your invoice. And if they charge you ridiculous fees, call the State Troopers or whichever law enforcement agency responds to your accident. read more

I am from out of town and had a flat in a not so good neighborhood in Winston-Salem, NC. The first four tow companies I called could not send anyone and it was 5:30 PM. The fifth was All Over towing and the friendly dispatcher said she would have someone out in about 45 minutes. Ten minutes later the tow truck arrived. James the driver offered to save me money and put the spare on. I happily agreed and paid the $60.00. When James found out he could not replace the tire do to lack of tools the company towed me to a motel for no additional money. They are great. read more

Having a dead battery isn't a great way to start off your day...luckily, I was still home. I called AAA and they said they'd dispatch someone. One minute later, All Over Towing called to say someone would be there shortly. 20 minutes after my call, Anna from All Over Towing arrived. She was very friendly and helpful. My battery is only 1.5 years old and was still covered by warranty (save your receipts & buy national--I had moved from MI right after I purchased the battery). Our rental car was stalled, sticking out into the road in a very dangerous situation, and we were having to stand in the road to keep people from hitting the car. We are members of AAA Plus and have been for almost 30 years. We called AAA three times to let him know of the hazardous situation. STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCUMBAGS!!! These guys are rude, pushy and unprofessional. I had a situation that disabled my vehicle. I was able to get my vehicle off the road. Several other vehicles had struck the same object and were disabled in the same area. I spoke with the officer on duty who explained he could call a wrecker and (because my vehicle was off the road and posed no danger to other cars travelling through the area) I could negotiate a price with them or if we could not come to an agreement, I could arrange my own tow truck. Two guys showed up and I asked if they could remove my vehicle to my home. They quoted a price that was ridiculously high so I told them no thanks. They told me that since the officer had called requesting their service they were taking my vehicle and that I would pay them one way or another. I was caught off guard by their rudeness and the fact that the officer had told me something different. When I refused their service again they pulled this tag team tough guy act and told me they were taking the vehicle and I needed to deal with it. The officer diffused the situation. Now imagine your wife, mom, sister or daughter dealing with these guys and their strong arm tactics. Their goal is to get your vehicle to their lot so they can charge you ridiculously high daily storage fees for as long as your vehicle is there. Some of the other reviews even mentioned employees stealing items from their vehicle while it was at the storage facility. I was charged nearly $200 to tow my vehicle 5 miles. And the price they quoted me at the scene went up after they towed my vehicle to it's destination. I feel thoroughly ripped off and would not recommend this towing service at all. read more

If you need a tow, you should probably push your car to it's destination before calling this place... AAA sent them out this morning. After flagging the driver down I handed my wife the AAA card and hoped in the Uber car to get home and pick up my car so I could meet them at the garage. Now, here's where the stupid comes in. The driver, in all of his infinite wisdom, told my wife that since my name was on the card and I had left he wasn't going to tow the car because I wasn't there. He then called the office and told them that clearly my wife was at fault and was in fact being rude!! He wouldn't speak to me so I called the supervisor to ask her if SHE had any common sense... As it turned out, she does not. All she wanted to do was tell me how wrong and at fault my wife and I were. I don't know why, maybe for thinking she and or her driver might have been smarter than a fifth grader. So, need a tow in High Point? Call someone else, or push. read more

very unhappy with all over towing. I ran out of gas and was at there mercy to help me off of the busy interstate at 330am. I let the dispatcher know exactly were I was on interstate 40 even what exit I was in front of. In Winston. The driver was sent to Greensboro. Um why I let her know again were I was I waited even longer. Dispatcher calls me driver is still no were near me. Ok well I waited for 45 more min. For them to tell me now my driver is on 411. Im on 40. Ok now how much longer do I have to wait. 3 hours total to pay 54$ for someone to come put 2 gallons of gas in my car. If it was not dark out and being a female I could have walked to a gas station faster. Never again read more
