Shilo proceeded to be very apologetic for the inconvenience and then took my name and phone number down saying they will replace my entire correct order . Vincent came at me with aggressive as if I was inconveniencing him and lying to him . I have never been so disappointed in a managers customer service . He also proceeded to talk loudly and make comments about the situation in the kitchen as I waited for the original order that I had to pay for all over again . This place was perfect to stop at since it was not too far off the highway. There was easy access things to a street light and it featured plenty of parking as well as plenty of gas pumps. It was clean inside with well maintained restrooms. Stay after was very friendly and placing an order to go was very quick and Swift and my food was made well in the tasted really great. I drive to the store immediately and when asking where the item was the person in the pharmacy said they would be on that rack if we had them but we don't have any. What kind of customer service is this? I was lied to and wasted time and gas driving to this store. I don't understand why the person would just flat out lie about this. Doesn't make sense but this was my first time in this store and it will definitely be the last.

I've printed photos here a few times; when our Christmas photos were cropped wrong last year the employee offered a refund with no hassle and we walked away willing to use their service again because she was so nice. This particular store is a good Walgreens; overall I don't shop here much beyond prescriptions because I feel I get better deals with coupons/ sales across the street at CVS.

The pharmacist went above and beyond to accommodate me and her me the best price possible, while following protocol to make sure I wasn't scamming them with an out of state script. I've visited this Speedway every few months for years now. This Speedway is fine for a quick stop for gas. I rarely have to wait for a pump, and it's well lit so I feel safe at night. The staff seems a little more lax than at my preferred store, as there's usually a few standing around talking when I'm in there. As long as they get me rung up and the shelves aren't empty of my favorite snacks, I guess that's not really a problem though. This store is smaller and has less selection than some of the others in the area, especially with the hot snacks/ drinks. The biggest drawback to this store, as I noted above, is the location. I've waited five minutes before to simply pull out onto Brandt, and that's making a right turn.
