Speedway has a lot of pseudo-deli items now, along with all the roller food you could ever want. I decided to try a pepper jack tornado and since they were 2 for $2.22, I got two of them. As a snack, they're not bad. 85 grams and 220 calories, heavy on the bad stuff, of course. What, no salad on a stick? The line at the register was long and someone ahead of me was buying a bunch of stuff. She wanted to pay for the stuff with the Speedway cash cards she was buying, which led to a lot of confusion but she didn't explain anything ahead of time. Sure, I'd like to pay for cards with the cards! I'd be a millionaire, if I just had the million! Anyway, the cashier handled it really well and we all survived.
