Leave it to me to sniff out a Sheetz while I'm out of town. I was in need a few snacks, other items, and honestly dinner for the evening. What better place to get all three than a Sheetz. I pulled up and found a decent spot almost immediately. Inside was busy but it ran smoothly. I walked in and the first thing I did was to go to the touchscreens and order my food. I then go about the store to pick up a few snacks, drinks, and other things I needed. Even though it was busy inside it just flowed correctly. There was hardly a snag anywhere. Checking out was fast. My food was ready after I made my rounds through the store. I was able to make this a quick stop and be on my way. The food was the norm for me and it hit the spot. Who can go wrong with two hot dogs and a side? And follow it up with a sweet tea. read more

Some of the employees were not too friendly. The management hides the plasticware for the MTG foods behind the counter, gives out cold food and hard to open picante sauce packs, and does not provide other condiments like ketsup and mayo for customers like other Sheetz stores do. Yes, we drove twenty minutes to get convenience store food, why not? Apparently this place was my bf's cousin's former fave places to eat. Traditional convenience stores have the usual.. hot dogs, nachos, etc.. this place does a step better, it provides all those kinds of foods (including burgers and fries) but they are made to order. They have not been sitting in those little hot dog warmer stands looking very sad.. you get them fresh and piping hot a few minutes after you've ordered them. They have several touchpad menus up for you to select your order and you have the option to pay then or go to the counter and pay. Definitely very convenient and there's no one to blame for your mistakes (but yourself). I got my chili cheese dog on a pretzel bun and it helped satiate a craving that I almost wanted to come back the next day (I'm not even kidding). Definitely loved their bucket of fries which we shared with 3 people and it was just right. Would definitely come back if we happened to be in town and I wanted to munch on some more not-so-good-for-me food, but tastes-oh-so-good. read more

I used to always come here when I commuter from Lebanon to Lititz for work. Today, was my first stop back to this location in about 4 years. I'm absolutely blown away by the renovations, and the interior design. I had a slight mixup with my food but they were quick to fix the issue and I'm absolutely pleased with my experience here. Food: I ordered a burrito, and there was a slight mix up with someone else's burrito and a wrong number was called out (we both ordered burritos). As I re-entered the store to order another, gentleman in food prep stopped me to inquire if I had wrong item and he apologized for mixup on his end, and offered to remake it. The crew was quick, and I got my food within 5min. Thank you so much Sheetz crew on Rochetry road! This will always be my "must stop at Sheetz" stops if I'm traveling through town. read more

Normally I prefer Sheetz to Wawa and this Sheetz is gigantic and usually their beverages are delish, but my experience today was definitely lacking (see picture). I'll chalk it up to a new staff member or something and give them another shot next time I'm in the area. Note that at nighttime on the weekends the high school kids come here to hang out. From the minute I stepped out of my car, an employee was cleaning the sidewalk and kindly greeted me. Inside I was greeted again. The store was well kept and the employees were generous with their time in assisting other customers. Friendly and warm was the atmosphere there. I ordered a snack and specialty coffee & both were quickly and accurately made. Very nice convenient stop. read more

It's so much better in every way: Food, coffee (I love the creamer and sugar technology,) snacks, drinks- their milkshake machine is the bomb, and they have the best icy machines that actually work, but the cherry on top is they sell Alcohol! Shots shots shot shot shot shots...Everybody! The bathroom was sooo clean. Even the sanitizer is better, smells like lemongrass. What a bummer it's an hour away from me. The customer service was friendly but we waited a while for food. I'm not sure if they made mistakes with orders but we were one of the first in the crowd to order but the last to receive our food. They also forgot to put my fries with my order. I'm glad I noticed that my bag felt light because I would have left without them. read more

Usually have good service here however the fried food always seems to make me sick. The employees are mostly friendly and efficient to get you on your way as quick as they can. The lineup of cars with tons of people smoking really makes the parking lot look a bit unattractive. The store is severely understaffed as the line to check out may have been as long as the wait for food. Staff were nice but clearly overworked. Not 100% everything is being run with 100% food safety guidelines either. They also ran out of cucumbers which was very odd as I was told after my food was made and handed over to me. Really never been in such a disorganized Sheetz in my life and will drive further to a different one. read more

The workers are friendly and helpful, made to order is usually good. However, all of the cars that hang out in the front and flex their cars is disgusting. I ordered a burrito containing lettuce, jalapeños, pico, and rice and beans. I get a very empty burrito containing scant quantities of the above except rice and beans. The rice and beans were in a small container. The bag also had a fork for that cup of cold rice and beans! I don't know who made it this burrito but obviously she needs some training. Holy cow.
