It feels like I have a favorite gas station in every part of the city - West Side and East Side. This is my favorite gas station on the West Side. I frequent this gas station when visiting relatives on the West Side. The highlights: - This gas station is very spacious. You can easily navigate between the pumps and around the parking lot. - This gas station has multiple entrances and exists making it very easy to enter when getting off the highway. - The exterior and interior are always clean. It's a much better experience than BP across the street. - Gas prices are always reasonable. - Checkout is always expeditious especially because there is self-checkout. - The inventory is quite extensive - lots of beer choices, snacks, and everything in between. -The cafe serves up tasty and fresh foods. -Employees are always pretty friendly and efficient Whether you're traveling long distance or just in the neighborhood, this gas station is an easy stop. However i've selected it maybe 100 times and it's literally never been done. I love this Sheetz! I didn't realize it had the Mountain Dew Strawberry fountain drink and it's the best drink there. I love the sausage egg and cheese biscuits, and the curly fries are good as well. The location is pretty quick in getting the order completed. The only annoyance I have at all Sheetz locations, including this one, is the dang "beeping" sound after an order is placed either online or at the kiosk. To the customer, it's obnoxious; to the employee, I sympathize that they have to deal with that every single day. Overall, satisfied with my visit. I'll continue to come to this location since I'm fairly disappointed in the Sheetz that are near me don't have the same things as this one does; at least it's not too far of a drive for me, but still would prefer to have it a bit closer. read more

First time coming here, wanted to grab a few things before heading to the hotel to camp out for the night. Good lugstij, it's pretty busy, even in the really late hours of the night. Staff here was friendly, shelves here was decently stocked and it was easy to shop, though I do feel like a few amenities were missing their other locations. This is by far the worst Sheetz I have been to. We stopped here to get some drinks and gas on the way back to the Turnpike. Went to the restroom and there wasn't even a soap dispenser to wash your hands in the men's restroom. Good thing we didn't order food because not sure the employees could wash their hands. Worst experience I've ever had while getting food. The employees are rude. The food is gross and somehow takes forever to come out. This is easily the worst choice to eat at in the surrounding area. Stay in your car during the winter and go through a drive through or eat inside anywhere else because it is not even worth putting up with the cold to walk inside this miserable grease pit. Try a cheese filled pretzel! Always my go to at sheetz. This is a great location right off the highway. You can quickly fill up with gas. Always have the best prices. And get some food to go. COVID WARNING - I asked the cashier to do something about the three teenagers who entered WITHOUT MASKS and she said "What do you mean?" I said, "Well, isn't that how everyone is getting sick?" Her response, "Yeah, well, we don't have to enforce it." Those were her exact words despite their own signage stating the contrary - not to mention the statewide MANDATORY MASK ORDER. They have knock off sweetners for Equal and Sweet N Low that just say sweetener the don't' say that they are no calorie sweetners so I didn't know if they were sugar or what. Love Sheetz, it's my go to place. They have more variety than any other gas station and their food doesn't taste like gas station food. Also never a line at the pumps. My only recommendation is that people who dine in should be able to get refills like at any other eat in place offers. read more

I went to get alcohol and she said my passport was expired and snatched the alcohol away and told me to get out. This gas station is good for gas and nothing more. The coffee area is not well maintained. It is consistently dirty. The service is less than friendly. In fact, on several occasions, the service has been outright RUDE. A female employee was chatting with a male employee and on her cell phone while cleaning the coffee area, ignoring customers and having a great time doing it. Not the first or I am sure the last time. As an everyday customer, this is unacceptable. They need a serious meeting with the employees about good service because it is horrible. read more

I've had problems at this sheetz location multiple times when ordering from their kitchen. They get the orders wrong constantly as well as mess with people's food. I ordered a mac n cheese for my kid. When I opened it at home there was about a spoonful of noodles and they filled the rest with hot sauce.
