Nice buildings, a variety of fast food spots, ample parking, pet friendly areas, clean bathrooms, and lots of travel/tourism info. Now I have to give massive kudos to this awesome Lakewood gas station which is not only shiny and new but has free air for anybody. That's one of the coolest things I've ever heard. Nobody gives free air - these guys do. It was a godsend on this particular night, as I had a slow leak. I was impressed and happy about it. So this was where I ended up changing my tire and it took about three hours (1am-4am) and other than an Ashton Kutcher look alike who popped in to put free air in his tire there was never a point where anybody bothered me or hit me up for anything - so it's definitely in a safe area. I think I saw more cops out here than regular cars. The tire changing was a nightmare, but the gas station was awesome. It's well-lit even when it's closed. I guess that's my only complaint is that they close late at night - but other than that it's the perfect gas station.
