Lots has changed, but not this place. When I was in college Kwik Fill had did a complete rebuild to make it look like it does today. Since the rebuild, does not look like much has changed. Maybe the building aged a bit, but that's about all. It is the only gas station in town. Also one of the few places to get items that are convenient. Hot food is also available if you are up for some gas station fare. Back in the day I remember coming here for some chicken strips and fries. Typical items you would find in a gas station convenience store. Typical service as well. Attentive as expected, but it seems like a bit of a joking atmosphere. Lots of joking between employees, and some of the regulars that stop in here. It appears to be a frequent spot for local authorities. You have to give it to them. It is a needed place in town and it has served its purpose all those years.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The first gas pump we pulled up to was out of service. There…read morewas a plastic bag attached to the pump saying "out of service" which was initially extremely unnoticeable. Upon pulling up to the next pump ahead, the transaction machine indicated that the pump does not take card, which required entering the store to pay in cash. Over all, this gas station is an oxymoron, in that it was not "KWIK" by any means. Will not be returning to this station... I'd rather drive out of the area to a gas station with more accessible gas pumps, and better customer service during times of inconvenience.

Our water heater in our travel trailer got a leak and the bath house at the rv park we're staying…read moreat for 2 weeks is closed because of covid. Lucky for us this pilot is just about 10 mins away. We were able to reserve a shower quickly and were given a pin to punch in when our number was up. Bathroom was very spacious. The shower head had amazing water pressure. There was a hand pump of some kind of soap in the shower. Probably some 3 in 1 man soap. The water temp was able to to get as hot as you'd want it and then some. There were even towels inside. One to lay down as a mat, one wash cloth and one large one to dry off with. This seems very handy if you're a truck driver. It was a little more than I was thinking I'd be spending but it was worth it to feel clean.

You got your typical fueling stations, convenience store and facilities for truckers to use. Attached to this is a Denny's restaurant which can make for a quick meal before you set back out on your travels. Prices in here can be a bit steep depending on what you are looking for. But for the most part they are on target when it comes to other convenience stores. Staff were polite and on top of their tasks. Bathrooms were pretty decent as they are shared with the restaurant. I think when they changed the restaurant here the bathrooms began being maintained a little bit better.

The store looked to be newish, fully stocked, and clean. An employee greeted us, rang up our purchase, processed our payment, and thanked us. The prices were fine. My husband and I did not look around the entire store, but we did not notice any alcohol. Reviews on another website said that this store does NOT actually sell beer and wine.

It's changed hands a few times in the past couple of years, but the store itself has been consistent. The staff are generally friendly and I've never had an issue. I'd really love to give the Korner Store 5 stars because I just love how cute and close it is, but I can't for the following reasons...First of all, the parking is bad. There are only 4 - 5 spaces out front, which you cannot back into, since you are coming right off of the road and it's hard to see up the hill. Simply not safe. Since it shares the spaces with the saloon next door, there are times there isn't a spot and you have to either pull over on the side of the road or in front of the apartments below it. Also, they only accept cash, which isn't a big deal for me because I try to pay for cash as much as I can. They do have an ATM though. Also, no hot beverages so don't go in for a coffee. Again, not a problem for me because I don't drink coffee. This is more of a small store for regulars to pick up smokes and play the lottery. They also carry water, pop, and other drinks, snacks, and some random household items like toilet paper. Another plus is everything is pretty cheap, especially when compared to other convenient stores. Cans of pop are $.50 and most snacks are $.25 - $1.00. Not too shabby if you are on your lunch break and need something quick.

I have been past this location on several occasions recently, and when I was in college would be a…read moreconstant stop on my travels to and from. I even remember when this location was a Cross Roads before Giant Eagle got into the gas station business. Those were before my Yelping days, but here I am, finally with recent visits that allows for me to give it an appropriate review. The first time that I did stop here on my travels I was really in need to use the facilities. I didn't stop anywhere else before I got here because I knew this was here. I pull up and all the lights are on and then I noticed that there was not a vehicle in the lot. Strange, go pass the door and see that they were closing early by order of the store management. Oh well, maybe another. Guess, another time came. With the last visit not going as planned I even thought I was going to bypass this, but I gave it another go. I pulled up and they were open. I go in, use the facilities, and notice that this store has not changed since Giant Eagle slapped the Getgo marquee on it. The inside is just as I remember over a decade ago. Because of that, the inside is not that big when compared to the stores being built now. That meant the selection was not as big on variety either. Employees gave the customer service angle the college go, but I seen more enthusiasm at a funeral. With the location, you would think that they would take the initiative to up the game here. Give it a makeover.
