SHEETZ!!! What can you say about a SHEETZ? Well this W#%A girl has something to say. I absolutely love it when I get about 45 miles outside of the city of Philadelphia because I can go to a Sheetz. Yes they may never be able to overrun their Philadelphia competition in sandwiches but When when it comes to the way the pumps are set up to get gas, and the way it is set up inside for drinks and ordering it's far superior to the other store's setup. Unlike their Philadelphia competition they have plenty of parking around the store so people tend to get their gas and then move to a parking spot when they want to enter the store to buy things. They don't leave their cars at the pumps for 15 minutes. This is more efficient for people who just want to come in and get gas. In and out. The employees here are friendlier and more helpful because it looks like they are treated better. I've had personal experience with this and thus A valid opinion because I've had a niece and a nephew work for Sheetz and I never once heard a complaint out of them. This particular location is like Animal House when college is in session. It can be extremely busy with cars going here and there, eight people at a time entering and leaving the store. And the store does a good thing handling it during these epic times. I was lucky enough to come here during the pandemic at 2 o'clock in the afternoon when college was not in session So I got to see a lot of the property and inside the store. It's clean and well-managed. Gas prices tend to run the same as others in the Vicinity. read more

Sheetz is great, wish they were in the Philadelphia area so I could visit more frequently. This sheets had a walk in cooler with beer , inside & outside seating and it was huge. I have been one that thinks sheetz is superior to wawa, an ongoing argument, but after this visit I may swing my vote back to wawa. I couldn't find breakfast bowls or hoagie bowls on their ordering screen. I couldn't believe they wouldn't have these items and maybe I was just not familiar with their ordering system , but I really looked for these options. Have to be really impressed with sheetz but the new wawa's in Florida are just like the sheetz with seating and walk in coolers. I love wawa but enjoy cheating with sheetz whenever I get the opportunity. read more

The entrance is nice, staff friendly, coffee hot and they have good fresh donuts. The peanut butter icing is good.

I use Yelp to gauge a business, not to grind my ax with humanity. I see quite a few bad reviews here and they DO NOT represent the experience I just had. One person complained about it being too busy all the time. Popular places tend to be busy and that isn't a "fault" or wrong doing on the part of the business. It's more a sign of success. Employee attitude however IS the "fault" of the business. I placed an MTO (Made To Order) on the Sheetz app. When I got here, the gas pumps were not full (as stated elsewhere in reviews), the place was not dirty (also stated elsewhere in reviews and according to their health score 92/100 in June 2019... I'm assuming they're doing things correctly). The supervisor Joe walked over and handed me my order as I was paying for it. The young lady named Rhi who was operating the cash register was nice and friendly. My 2 cents? Sheetz is popular. Accept it. This Sheetz is next to a college... deal with it or go to the other location which is only 3 miles away. Tearing up a business for things out of their control is unfair. Expressing to the MANAGEMENT an employee issue IN PERSON is the way to go. Attacking someone online ... not the best way to solve the problem. You COULD cause the business to shut down by diverting people away from your ONE bad experience. Don't like something? Take the time to tell the manager or send an email to corporate. (And just so you know... I have emailed Sheetz corporate before and they get right back to you and solve problems immediately.) Lastly.... everyone has a bad day and even rough patches in life. Maybe empathy and understanding would help? You'd want someone to be compassionate if you were dealing with things in your life that weren't so fun. read more

Always crowded! Too crowded. The people working the register could be much nicer. Jared, who I will now call "Damien", is a rude little troglodyte and should find another vocation. I won't go into why but let's just say, there's a way to greet people properly but he never does. He never initiates a hello. He reminds me of that neighbor kid who kills frogs in the driveway for fun. Customer support 101 douche. You have security inside and the cops on the outside. Why the need for both? There's always a line, mostly students from Shippensburg U. The gas pumps are always occupied. The beer selection is limited but thank God for what they have because it's the only place to get beer after 9:00 PM. If they put up a Wawa (with beer) to compete with this place, I'd be there in a heartbeat. My luck "Damien" will jump ship and apply there. Cheers! read more

I like this Sheetz, but the staff is disgusting. There is a woman who is almost always behind the register here...Light-skinned maybe African American older woman with glasses...Holy f*ck is this wildebeest rude, arrogant, and darn right stupid. On three different occasions I've bought cartons here, and all three times this idiot got me the wrong carton. This time I checked first, and sure enough-wrong kind (Marlboro regulars, I like 100s). I politely said I wanted 100s and she went ballistic and said I should have said that...Mind you she barely listens to customers and walks away mid-sentence. I told her she should have listened to me finish talking before just walking away and she proceeded to try to blame me for her error. I flat out told her "I've been smoking for a decade, I know more than her what I smoke, and she should actually pay attention." She finished up my transaction and threw my receipt at me. This miserable old pile of trash is such a negative, disgusting excuse for a customer service rep, it's appalling. DONT buy the iced coffee. Ridiculous recipe for the iced coffee!!! Not only can't you buy the iced coffee without cream, but even the "light" cream is iced milk. You are simple buying iced milk! Don't do it - buy the coffee packs instead and make your own at home...then you can add the right proportion of cream! Buyer beware! read more

What a pain. Went to get beer, not unlocked, yet after 9. Go to pay for food and gas and ice. "Oh, we can't set the pump in here, you have to put it on a sheetz card" wtf... So I have to spend more and she forgets to scan my regular sheetz card THEN, it's "oh, you have to buy the ice on the other side" (this is a Pennsylvania beer sheetz, add regular stores can't sell beer here due to religious crap and our governor). I was so pissed I didn't feeling likes waiting in a huge line to argue for my .03 back. Fail sheetz. read more

The MTO's are the best. This place is great for a snack ANY time of the day. They also have gas.

This sheetz location is plagued by long lines, terrible food, and is highly understaffed. Stay away from here if you don't want to wait 15minutes for your MTO. read more

Always a very dirty place, not sure why anyone would eat in this place. The ice cream machine is always "down". You cannot pay cash for gas and the parking/fuel area is chaos--people driving everywhere and in every direction. read more

I love Sheetz and go to various stores frequently. This store, although closest to my home, is one I always avoid. It is FILTHY. I've never gone here without trash all over the floor, sticky dining tables, and general lack of cleanliness. It also appears to be under renovation at all times with signage and construction materials sitting around. It's one of the only bad ones I've ever been to. read more

Go here for the MTO's. Ordering off the touch screen is very convenient. I wish for more healthy choices, however. Seems to be all comfort food and bar food. Tough to find something on the menu that won't give you bad breath, bad gas, bad heartburn, or make you fat(er). This new Sheetz outdoor traffic arrangement around the pumps is hard to get in and out of. read more
