Unsure of what might be good, maybe that the ATM doesn't charge a user fee. However, over the last couple months, the inside of store especially bathrooms have been nasty. I complain every time that I go in. They say someone is working on it right now but It never seems to improve. I stopped by real quick on my way home from a work trip; the location is conveniently situated right off the road, and the unleaded gas price is unmatched. They also had plenty of stuff to clean your windows with which was nice! I also treated myself to a pumpkin chai shake, & it was great! I could really taste both the pumpkin and the chai. & they weren't shy with whip creams. I had enough time to run to the bathroom, but the bathroom is where they lose a star; it was fairly dirty, & consequently had flies, but the cashier was really nice. Super nice and large Sheetz. VERY crowded when we visited on Christmas Day while driving to see family. The staff were working very hard and it was busy as can be with food, gas, and inside orders happening. They have a drive-through - something I've yet to see at a Sheetz and it was busy as well. Lots of gas pumps and they even sold tons of Visa, Best Buy, etc. gift cards inside. BOOM! Coffee and food was good - we got both as to-go snacks for the road and gas prices were fair. Every time I come in here it takes 20 minutes to get some food. This place is understaffed and the ones that are here have zero sense of urgency. There is currently about 15 people waiting for food with one employee doing sandwiches and one employee doing the specialty drinks. They need more staff. Store was filthy, bathrooms were falling apart, paper towels and toilet paper all over the floors and sink.

Overall the smoothie was good. It had sour patch kids pieces in it and the ingredients blended well together. I removed 1 star because there was a few larger pieces of ice that needed more time in the blender. It kept clogging up the straw. read more

This is a new location which should not have even had enough time to become so horribly gross! The place smells like death and the bathrooms, OH THE FILTH! I wish I had of taken pics!!!!! The trash cans (both of them) were flowing over and onto the floor, every toilet seat had some kind of excrement on it, some were out of toilet protection, and some had the whole thing of toilet protectors pulled out by previous people onto the floor, and the floors were sticky. I can't continue as it was just way too bad for this nice of a location. The people working there obviously do not care. It's so sad. But I am forced to say something bad about this one and it hurts me deeply. :( I stopped here at 0400 twice and they had no coffee made. Not once but twice . How can a Sheetz on an interstate be out of coffee at 4 oclock in the morning? Made to order food is slower than molasses running uphill in January. Today is their second day of business, and so far so good. Great location with several ways to get in and out. Gas is $3.39 today, which has forced the BP, Exxon and Citgo down the road down to $3.45. Pumps are a little close together, but everything is bright and clean and smells new. Great place to stop for gas as the prices are the best in the area. If your hungry, you can go through the drive-thru or go inside and order from their extensive menu. My favorite food item is the spicy chicken Caesar salad and love their frozen coffee drinks which they offer in a variety of flavors. My only complaint is that the wait inside for food is usually longer than you would anticipate. They never seem to have enough staff on hand around lunch time. read more

Not sure Sheetz will care about this review since they don't seem to care about enforcing regulations but stopped in today for a snack and couldn't help but notice that the vast majority of patrons (probably 85-90%) were not wearing masks. The workers apparently didn't care or were not able to prevent people from coming in without a mask on their face even though they have signs that clearly state that you must wear a mask to enter. Do NOT use your debit or credit card here. I was charged $10 for gas, then the clerk said there was an error, and needed to swipe it again. All in all, Sheetz tried to charge me FOUR TIMES and more than $40 for what should have been a one time, $10 charge for gas. The clerk promised the money would be put back on my card, but it never was and throughout the next three days someone kept trying to get money off of my card.
