The neighbors and community are very friendly, the food and restaurants nearby are great, and the property grounds are well maintained and have a nice appearance. I had two maintenance issues that were resolved immediately once the PM was notified. The laundry facility is very clean and the pay system is very easy to use. My neighbors always greeted me and I enjoyed conversations, drinks and food with them. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future to rent one of the short-term rentals.

Took 3 months to get ice maker replaced. Tiles damaged. Tub stoppers don't work. Noise from upstairs apartment sounds like elephants stomping around. Poor communication. They advertise fitness center which has been closed since before we moved in. maintenance of exterior buildings is below par. buildings need to be pressure washed. they are slow to respond to requests but overall it's a nice complex compared to other apartments.

My ceiling in my shower was caving in, my cabinets were all jacked up, and my sink had mold underneath it. I told management and she told me that she didn't understand where exactly I needed maintenance, as if there so much of a need to be descriptive when the apartment was only so big. Then on top of that my neighbor was an asshole who blared his television loud as hell and I reported it to management and she never fixed it, so I had many restless nights. The management was always missing when you needed her, especially when I realized that my apartment didn't have any cable wiring in it for me to have cable and internet installed. I needed her approval and she was gone from both complexes that she manages and maintenance was out of sight. I overall wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's horribly maintained, horrible management, and horrible neighbors.

They have a swimming pool, but won't open it because they don't want to maintain it. They also have a tennis court that is unusable. When it rains, you have to walk through ankle deep water to get to your apartment. If you are one day late paying rent, they will charge you a 10% late fee. When you do go to pay your rent, the owner's large poodles will jump all over you. The aprtments are infested with termites and I have not seen a pest control technician in my apartment since I have lived here.
