I really like my apartment here at Brewster Commons. I am going on my 2nd lease term without any…read morecomplaints. What I love the most about this place is that I feel safe. I have two kids so I appreciate that the property is gated and that the gates actually close unlike some other properties nearby. I also like that the office staff is very attentive and I even got a random "Merry Christmas" phone call. My apartment itself was brand new when I moved in. It has very nice upgrades and the space is practical for my family of four. I also like that I don't have to pay for private school since the designated school is really good. This actually ruled out other places when I was doing my apartment search because it was very important for me to have my kids attend an A+ school and now they do. If I had to say anything negative the only thing I would say is that it is on the higher end of the price range but for the upgrades, the safety, and the great schools, and our peace of mind, it's worth it!!! I would recommend this place to anybody.

The neighbors and community are very friendly, the food and restaurants nearby are great, and the property grounds are well maintained and have a nice appearance. I had two maintenance issues that were resolved immediately once the PM was notified. The laundry facility is very clean and the pay system is very easy to use. My neighbors always greeted me and I enjoyed conversations, drinks and food with them. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future to rent one of the short-term rentals.
