They "threw the kitchen sink at me" and within a week I was able to move with freedom and carry most objects with a moderate level of discomfort. By the end of the following week, my pain was pretty much gone, and by the week after I was back on track with my workouts and job demands. The office is clean, professional, kind, and incredibly productive! My insurance has a bit of a high deductible, so I eventually had to cut back on the extra treatments being suggested/offered. But the adjustments were always spot on, regardless of which provider I was seeing. Fast-forward two years later and an ongoing neck issue (that I have been ignoring) has begun to cause constant headaches and migraines. I called them and they offered an appointment within an hour of my call! Due to my schedule conflicts, I had an appointment to see them two days later with a wicked migraine. Astonishingly I left much better after a session of dry needling, ultrasound treatment, and possibly the best adjustment i have ever had! By the time I took 800mg of ibuprofen, I felt like new. I know it'll take a few visits to get this resolved, but I have faith they will improve this issue very soon!

There has been significant staff turnover and a number of staff fired recently. Everyone seems to be on pins and needles. One staff member intimated to me they were all afraid they were going to get fired. As a patient, I could sense a tension with the remaining staff. They were always grousing about the boss or their coworkers openly. When a minor thing went wrong a staff member practically begged me not to say anything to get her in trouble with the boss. Additionally, the billing system is terrible. Everytime I went, it was a different charge and no one can tell me why ? Then later they say I owe $10 or $25 more without any documentation or explanation other than " that's what the system says " ridiculous. The front desk person always looks overwhelmed And flustered. On the whole, the deteriorating level of professionalism made me dread going back although the treatment was working. In summary , care was good, but the drama surrounding it made me move to another provider.
