Even though she said she could do what I wanted, her attitude was dismissive and negative throughout. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by taking the appointment, even though that was the time her boss had scheduled. Her tone and demeanor made the entire experience uncomfortable, and I ended up leaving before the service even started. I left feeling deflated and doubting what I had originally wanted to do with my hair. It was clear she did not want to work that evening, but if that was the case, a quick text or reschedule would have saved us both time. On a positive note, when I called her boss afterward, she was very kind, apologetic, and understanding. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing encounter, especially considering how many great stylists there are in the South Bay. Try someone else at the salon who has a better attitude.
