The young service man at the counter was very courteous and helped me with the air pump instructions..then assisted in confirming I had a puncture. I then had to wait for a tow truck. He was most helpful while I waited, provided a stool for me to sit on and plugged in my phone as my battery had died. He made me feel safe and welcomed. His name was Blake. Gas prices tend to be cheaper in Kitchener than Waterloo. Considering that prices in either place are lower than in the GTA, I have nothing to complain about. There was plenty of windshield washer fluid, both to use to clean my back windshield of my car and to purchase. It also helped that it is much warmer here than it was three weeks ago when I had last visited, so the fluid wasn't ice. I went inside the store to check out the items. Oddly, it did not have any USB cables for me to look at. I was tempted to get a banana popsicle, but it was nearly time for lunch. My timing was a bit off. (53)
