The young service man at the counter was very courteous and helped me with the air pump instructions..then assisted in confirming I had a puncture. I then had to wait for a tow truck. He was most helpful while I waited, provided a stool for me to sit on and plugged in my phone as my battery had died. He made me feel safe and welcomed. His name was Blake. I want you to know you have a great customer oriented employee.

There are 8 fuel pump stations, plus 2 diesel pumps as well. Service is quick and staff are courteous plus friendly. There's a small Super Stop Convenience store with an ATM and Java Stop for fresh brewed coffee. Other services/sales onsite include a Super Wash soft cloth vehicle wash, firewood, lotto, ice, propane exchange, snacks, restroom, vehicle fluids like oil and windshield washer fluid. Collect Petro Points rewards on purchases too.

I returned to the store and asked the lady to kindly exchange the cigarettes for the proper ones. She asked me for a receipt and I told her I did not get a receipt for my cigarette purchases but I do have my visa transaction receipt and reminded her that she was the clerk that had just sold me the cigarettes. This rude sales clerk refused to exchange my cigarettes and claimed it was my fault for leaving the store. I have lived on the same block as your store for four years now and my family buys all our cigarettes and gas from you but you have now lost thousands of dollars worth of business for hiring such an ignorant employee who feels that she is entitled to accost your customers.

I tried to get another wash and was told by Susan (not sure is she was being truthful....likely not, when she gave me her name) who was working the full service side of the station that the reason the car wash didn't work was because I didn't know what I was doing in front of a line up of people. The young man behind the counter today was lovely. What she didn't know was that the young man had already told me that the reason the dryer stopped working was because the internet quit. What ever the reason was, I am a 52 year old woman who has used car washes for years and this one in particular, many times. People like Susan do not deserve a job working with people. There are others who would like to be working and aren't. Don't chance going to this station. Its not worth running into her.

Gas prices tend to be cheaper in Kitchener than Waterloo. Considering that prices in either place are lower than in the GTA, I have nothing to complain about. There was plenty of windshield washer fluid, both to use to clean my back windshield of my car and to purchase. It also helped that it is much warmer here than it was three weeks ago when I had last visited, so the fluid wasn't ice. I went inside the store to check out the items. Oddly, it did not have any USB cables for me to look at. I was tempted to get a banana popsicle, but it was nearly time for lunch. My timing was a bit off. (53)
