The employee I am referring to is a woman with red hair and glasses. Her attitude toward customers is consistently rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I have personally experienced problems with her, and I have witnessed similar concerns from others. What concerns me most are customers she does not like are treated differently, including other employees have been instructed not to serve certain individuals. There are also serious issues regarding the repeated closing of the bathroom when members of the LGBTQ+ community enter the store. If these incidents are occurring as they continue to raise serious questions about discriminatory and harassing treatment of customers. This is particularly troubling in a neighborhood where people from many different backgrounds, identities, sizes, and colors should feel safe, respected, and welcome. No customer should feel targeted, intimidated, or unwelcome because of who they are. As someone who has invested in and supported this community for years, I am demanding that management take these concerns seriously and investigate them immediately. Employees who interact with the public have a responsibility to treat every customer with basic dignity and respect. This behavior should not be ignored or normalized. I strongly encourage management to review what is happening at this location, speak with affected customers and employees, and take appropriate action of this situation . I'd thought it would be more expensive given the location, but it was at the lower end of what I was finding with my GasBuddy app. They have several parking spaces for customers (10 minute parking only). Police come and send them away, only to have them return after the police are gone. And, surely, our police have better things to do than direct traffic and manage this business.
