Pump 12 was stuck. It kept popping the gas flow lever on, even though I hadn't set it; I wasn't going to fill the tank so wanted to control it and stop it myself. Since the lever was setting itself, that meant I spent a couple bucks more on gas than I'd wanted to, since I wanted just enough to feel confident I wouldn't run out, then fill it completely at one of the places that's charging almost a buck less. Since I'm not sure what's up with the nozzles I'm not sure I would want to stop here but since it's so much more expensive than many other gas stations that are much more convenient to me I don't know that I'll need to stop here again. read more

I tried this place out as a possible car wash location for my new wheels, but I don't think it's a go. The lot is very small, there is a long line for the wash. The wash didn't completely get the car clean, and there were a couple guys at the end to wipe it down unexpectedly, presumably for tips? But it was not explained so I passed and drove away. Harder to get to and too crowded for car care. read more

Gas is overpriced by $2 per gallon here. Backwoods are $15 and the owner had the nerve to say it's because it's expensive. They pay no more than $3 a pack, just ridiculous and a scam. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off. read more

I used the wash this weekend and it popped my tire. I told the front desk and she did absolutely nothing. Poor management

This place is a mess. So many uber drivers that think the pumps are a parking lot. I live across the street so you'd think I would use this as my gas station but avoid it like a plague. The patrons are beyond rude and the staff does nothing to get them to park elsewhere so people can get gas. It honestly runs like it's mobbed up. read more

Be very careful here. The parking lot is filled with scam artists and thieves. Fake dent repair, sob stories, etc. If it's not the drug addict panhandlers that live under the viaduct, it's bored Uber drivers looking for some extra cash. Because of the proximity to the expressway, they'll rip you off, jump on the Kennedy, and be gone before you know it. read more

What a night mare. The car wash was not that busy. But no staff to help ! They were all sitting around socializing w what appeared the Supervisor. Well go and help people. The free wash is tricky. And it doesn't allow you to upgrade. Wow no brain thinking. How can we make more money. Most likely some corporation owns it. And your off the highway so there are lots of suckers. But don't make the mistake of purchasing the monthly car wash, which otherwise it's a good deal, for $17.99 or $29.09 u can wash the car twice a day every day of the month. My wife just got back from filling her tank. The gas would not turn off and spilled all over her and her car. Not a great way to start a day when you have a big meeting and you are driving there with some of your staff. I hope this problem is corrected NOW. This way others will not have this dangerous and frustrating situation as well. read more

Called up to get information on car wash. Was greeted by Natalia, bad terrible attitude. I've been a customer there for many years and I'm considering finding a new place to frequent. She shot off the mouth about the car wash not working, then when questioned if I could get a manager or corporate number she hangs up the phone! And then never answers! Unbelievable! This place is like the 7th circle of hell. Every time I pull in, the pump is broken. But you don't know it's broken until you fill up a dollars worth of gas. When you pull on the handle, it will fill a little bit then click all the way up and off. So annoying. Then you get multiple credit card charges for each of the janky pumps you try before finding one that works. I live down the street, so I have them memorized. And it's 5 cents a gallon more expensive that the BP across the street from the giant McDonalds downtown! And there's an outhouse by the air pump that's used by the bums that ask for change on the nearby expressway exits. Yuck. Avoid this place at all costs. For emergencies only. read more

Love the car wash the people in the clan washrooms and the fact that there's a Dunkin' Donuts and subway and that there's on-site security

I stop there to have a sandwich ( Dunkin'Donuts and Subway inside).Very bad service and they play nerve wracking music.

This place is my second home. I drive for Lyft and I come here frequently to use their 24/7 bathroom or just to take a break. For $18 a month, you can get unlimited car washes. By the way, their car wash is 24/7 as well. The best part is that the folks that work here are not a bunch of assholes (like in most gas stations in Chicago). Signed up for the monthly car wash as it seemed a great deal. This week i have driven there 3 times and each time it was shut. I asked to talk to a manager as i was feeling frustrated, a lady with grey hair came from a room in the back. When i explained that i thought i was getting poor service she shouted at a cashier to give me 97 cents to compensate me for todays waste of time. I tried explaining that today was not only why i was frustrated but she did not seem to care. After she had shouted 97 cents a 3rd time i walked out not taking the compensation. read more
