Not sure what kind of business you folks are running, but it is a very shady practice. First to advertise at one price and not honor that price which even grocery and retail will do (this mistake was yours), I understand the deposit, but then call my son and tell him the truck is MIA? We had every intention to get the car fixed and trade it in but we got back a brand new car! A few…read moremonths later I blew a speaker in one of the vehicles which was no fault of the shop, so after receiving a replacement speaker from the speaker company which was under warranty, I scheduled an appointment and Justin was happy to replace it for me. I also had one of my vehicles detailed inside/out and it came out looking really nice! The owner has always been friendly and answered any questions I had. I have been happy with all the work he has done so far and I plan to eventually have both vehicles tinted.
