From getting rid of the puppy nose marks on windows to conditioning the interior, and even getting various goopy, tarry, yucky messes off of the exterior (hey, I drive a lot of really rural roads in various stages of disrepair) paneling. Staff is attentive and helpful; scheduling is usually about 10 days or so out, so plan ahead. Full detailing (inside and out) service takes a little bit longer than half a day, but it's worth the drive from Etown.

Because of his prompt response and apology I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 2 stars. I made an appointment to have my car detailed today, Wednesday, June 14th. It is a new (to us) vehicle, and the prior owner was a smoker. The smoke smell had been bothering me really bad and I decided to pay to have the interior detailed and cleaned thoroughly to try and remove the smell. This business is right down the road from my workplace, and I was told they would pick it up first thing Wednesday morning at 8:30 and have it back to me by lunch (noon) the same day so I could run down to my daughter's childcare facility to nurse her. It is now 10:32, they haven't show up, won't answer the business phone, and I left a voicemail that they haven't responded to. It's a shame, because I had heard so many good things about them. Clearly they're not interested in having my business. I guess I'll be seeking someone out in Elizabethtown.

Ok so still not a major deterrent, but now we need a $500 deposit to hold the truck. Ok ...deposit done, then get a call can't find the TRUCK! Not sure what kind of business you folks are running, but it is a very shady practice. First to advertise at one price and not honor that price which even grocery and retail will do (this mistake was yours), I understand the deposit, but then call my son and tell him the truck is MIA? To the reviewer that had a problem over a autozone part two comments: I'll never go to autozone after they gave me the wrong parts three times so he may have been justified in turning your down and second he is a one man shop and isn't making any money talking to folks on the phone and making estimates without test driving the vehicle is a waste of time. Take your vehicle to him and he'll tell you what he thinks and what it will take based on his experience after he gives it a test drive.
