The young employee working--who spends more time watching soccer on his phone than actually doing his job--decided to pick and choose who he wants to ID. I provided a pictured ID after making it clear I couldn't provide a physical copy, but he still refused to sell me miniature Grabba Leafs and blunt wraps. What makes it worse? The man right behind me, who looked my age, got the exact same type of items with no hassle--and without even showing an ID! So, what's the standard here? Clearly, it depends on who you are and who's working that day. If you want fair and consistent service, avoid this place when this guy is on shift. Absolute joke. Save your Time and head to the Shell down the street

He told me that he didn't make the prices and all he can do is ring up what the register says, and I could either purchase the cokes or put them back. I said they are cheating their customers and he told me he wasn't cheating anybody. I had to yell at him and say that I said they as in BP. He had a very nasty attitude. I asked for a manager, but he softly said the manager was not in and started to ring another customer totally ignoring me.

Then when I go into the store the East Indian looking guy behind the glass asked me weird questions rather than simply asking for my ID after I clearly described my card and the name on it. This smacks of racism in Black communities by outsiders. I'm glad they had my card but they need to update their pumps, get a working phone number, and ask more appropriate questions in these instances, especially since this is largely a Black community. I doubt he'd ask the pump number I used if I were White or East Indian. The store was filthy and had some area blocked off apparently for video gambling.

I went back to the location and Sam admitted he saw me leave by accident and he was about to turn the pump on for me to fuel when the other coworkers stated "see, this is why we always come up short". It was $20. Sam changed his attitude and stated, "it is your problem" and began to yell, "you should have pumped it before you left, it's your problem" several times and in front of other patrons. Yes, it was an honest mistake. I asked for the corporate number and he yelled "there is none". I asked for a customer service number and he yelled, "there is none". I then asked for the franchise owners number and he mumbled a number to me. I asked again to be clear and he now began mumbling words not yelling as before. He continued to mumble the number and then stated he would refund me but someone else got the gas. Why did he not recall the transaction if he saw me leave the station immediately. This would be great customer service because you know I am going to come back. Put the money to the side, write down a description of the car and the time the I came in. This would be communicating to others just in case I came back in when Sam was not there. Sam did not do anything like this. He proceeded to watch and let another patron pump the fuel. I called the number several times and received a busy or fax tone each time. I tried to google the number but still received the number to the store. I recently moved to Georgia and I have been buying my gas here but not any longer. This BP will not get another cent from me, so now they can truly come up short in the long run.

And my CC has only gone through one out of the 5 pumps I tried in these four attempts. Seriously. Who runs this. CCCP circa 1982? Do I have to trade some toiletries to get gas to pump? Is there a shortage of gas here? The only reason I subject myself to this insanity is the Citgo card in my pocket. Too bad none of the other gas stations in the neighborhood are any good.

I purchased two different brands at two different prices and he charged me the highest price for both. I didn't say anything. This is a large Chevron, and the parking lot can turn into a hiphop club on the weekend as there is a wing restruant that also sit on the property and as people wait for there wings, they will go out to their cars and bump their speakers. On occassion, there is a lot of police presence, but most times they are just sitting in their cars, and dont seem to bother people as long as they are abiding by the law. Maybe they are just waiting for their wings too. either way The workers of this Chevron dont seem to mind either scenario. Friendly service, and quick. I like their style.

Not including the time, the "system was down" and we all had to wait outside in 95-degree heat (or in your car if you had enough gas left to run A/C) for 10 minutes. I'm sure it was a one-off... Gas Prices - Regular gas is $4.29 (6-13-22). That's the cash price cause we're in the hood. I live here so I can say that! Because the "system was down" we could either pay an extra 5 cents per gallon at the pump using a card or bake in the hot sun for 10-15 minutes to pay cash inside & save 45 cents. Of course, I waited, it's the principal! Circle K's cash price is 10 cents cheaper than the Shell across the street which doesn't even honor their own fuel rewards program! It's 20 cents cheaper than the high crime gas stations closer to I-20 (South DeKalb Mall) & 40 cents cheaper than the Shell on Panthersville! The gas stations 10 minutes away on Moreland are also $4.69 per gallon respectively. Circle K gets my vote every time, cash in hand!

There is a convince store attached to the gas station. It is easy to access from both directions and it is by a signal. Seems safe but would not recommend stopping here past 9 pm if you're a solo traveler.
