Damage Caused by Car Wash Employee…read more I have been a paying member of this car wash since the location opened, despite the inconvenience of them having only one site at the same price as multi‑location competitors. During a recent visit, an employee manually forced my electric mirror closed while I was entering the wash, damaging the internal mechanism. The signage at the entrance only recommends closing electric mirrors and does not state that customers are required to do so. It also does not authorize employees to physically handle customers' vehicles. When I reported the damage, staff and management refused responsibility and relied on a general "not responsible for damage" disclaimer, despite the fact that the damage was caused by an employee's actions--not the equipment. No investigation or resolution was offered. After years of loyalty, the lack of accountability and refusal to address the issue prompted me to file this complaint.
