The glaring problem is that it's dirty. The outside of the plaza has an overflowing garbage can and mysterious stains on the concrete path. Now for the worst part. The Washrooms! Toilet stalls with used ? on the floor. At least one stall out of order. The sinks are disgusting. No soap. Dirty taps. There are employees trying to keep up with the cleaning but it's too far gone. We always stop here on the way to the cottage. What about tourists first time in our beautiful region? What is happening? Please have a senior executive drop in unannounced. Do better.

When I returned, the staff acknowledged the mistake, which I appreciated. However, I was then told I would need to wait in line again to have it corrected. After already waiting about 2 hours the previous day, being asked to wait again because of an error on their end was very frustrating. While the team was polite, this situation could have been handled much better. When a mistake like this happens, customers shouldn't have to lose more time to fix it. I hope the management improves how they handle service errors in the future.

Friendly and fast but took a car there to be certified and they claimed that it needed new brake…read morepads on the rear. On the phone they claimed rotors too but when I went to pick it up they only claimed pads. I knew that the brakes were still good but took it home and changed the pads anyway. I took the old pads to a few other mechanics and all agreed nothing at all wrong with them. Took them back to the Garage and showed the other mechanic and he also agreed nothing wrong with them and they should have passed. They did find other things that were legitimate but definitely tried to soak me on brakes that were not needed. This was my second visit there and the first I had no issues - fast and friendly both times. Be careful that you don't end up paying for unnecessary repairs.
