Unfortunately, I did not get any food from there because we already ate & going to Wawa was quite the random move. I will be sure to do so next time. Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled with him and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". His rumination on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crashwrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was self-driven. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? I would've liked it done right the first time and that's fair to express. We don't have to agree or see eye to eye and it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed and temporary tape put on the sunroof. I'm frustrated that I'm out $100 and the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.

I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

My 20 year old did preliminary research and knew the car he wanted to see about. From the moment we arrived, I watched Asker treat my boy with professional courtesy, confirming this was a manual transmission (my son replied that actually is a major selling point, and I got to be proud for teaching my son stick shift), a little friendly conversation, and then time for his test drive. When we returned from the drive, my son had a question about the engine and Asker immediately brought the dealership mechanic to respond with expertise. The interactions remained very easygoing (i.e. no pressure or gimmicks) with the exchange of detail towards a purchase. Asker gave my son a fair trade-in for his previous car currently stashed at a garage, and did all the paperwork right there in house: registration, taxes, temporary tags, the works! I was so impressed with the ease of the car buying process . I drive it to work every day and my husband suggests we drive the Soul when we go out together. So far we only had to fill it 1x even including the 200 mile drive back home.
