I was greeted as a new customer, and everything was explained to me thoroughly about the general process. Tom was excellent, and managed my car. He was thorough in his explanations, answered all my questions, and even helped with two unrelated items without me having to ask at the end of my appointment: 1. Retightening my hood latch, and 2: resetting my oil change notification in my car, which prior places said would reset on its own, but never did. He even told me how I could do it myself in the future and showed me. Excellent customer service from Tom, and he is the reason I would come back!

Let's face it we all need that service center you can trust. They have never attempted to up sell me on anything and they have never pushed a repair onto me. I've quested their repairs and have never had to go back for adjustment or the work not done correctly the first time. Since using them as a repair center for several repairs and having great dealings - I decided to begin using them as my go to for state inspections as well. As for cost - again I've never had them up sell me on anything and feel the costs that I've paid for repairs have been fair and most likely less then a dealership. I highly recommend this center for your car needs.

Also got a state inspection which the technician actually ripped a piece of my CERAMIC tint off. I didn't give permission to do so, nor the ability to render it useless. They also use to clean your car and give you a wet wipe, in 2025 they just lie up charge and do the bare minimum. I will not be back. I can understand asking for permission or telling you at the shop but nobody said anything to me but my cars waiting outside with the rejected sticker. The manager even didn't care to find the original receipt I had to tell him twice the invoice number just to see my visit. He said the last time I came was 2024. This is crazy...

I loved their honesty. The big issue was a sensor problem, not a safety issue, which saved us over a thousand dollars. They also took the time to explain things for a second time after having just spoken with my husband earlier on the phone. They made time to fix a minor problem, the air conditioning. On the way out we talked to two of the mechanics, wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving, and learned they also checked all of the cars fluids and made sure they were taken care of.
