I was instructed by the employee Welter (who was very nice) to call Eric (the manager) when he was back in the office. I called Eric the next day and he told me that according to their records I had gotten the supreme gas and that there was nothing he could do about it. He tried to insinuate that it was MY fault. He stated that corporate will not allow them to do anything to reimburse customers for this. The dispute is for less than $10, but I would like everyone to know how Mobil/Bucky's treats its customers. I am no idiot, I had been getting gas at this Mobil/Bucky's since I was 16 with no issues. Prices at this station were reasonable--they weren't out of line with the other gas stations in the area. Apparently asking why a pump is dispensing the wrong octane makes you a "stupid woman" now? If someone's car actually requires premium, this can cause engine issues.
