I used to come here quite a bit when I owned my TDI since their diesel prices seemed fair. Last night I filled up the tank of my new car with mid-grade even though the $2.57 price was a little steep; the low grade was $2.23 per the sign. So I filled it up for $37something. I went inside because I desperately needed to use the restroom after driving for hours, but instead, I was greeted by a woman blocking and securing off the area with all the loose cardboard she could muster ----saying, "You can't come in here cause I just mopped it!" Rather than try to explain that she could go over it with a dry mop (it wasn't that wet, sheesh), I decided to leave. Having spent 7 years in restaurants and 3 in fast food during high school, I never ever kept a customer from the restroom--maybe a, "Be careful" or "Watch your step," but I always let them use it. Consequently, I drove down to McDonalds and used their remarkably clean restroom and didn't even buy anything (the lines for food were huge!!). As for this Shell, gas gets 5 stars, price gets 2 stars, and customer service gets a lonely star. I'm only coming back as a last resort or with written notification of a policy change regarding restroom use. read more

The people they have working at this place are so unprofessional, I try to tell the dude behind the counter what I need and what pump to put the gas in and I am having to talk over a YouTube video the guy is watching? The worker was so distracted he put the money I needed for gas to the wrong pump I said. Like how do you expect to do ur job correctly when you aren't even giving the customers ur full attention. They redid the gas station and made it look way better but the workers are still as incompetent as before read more

If I could leave no stars I would. A few weeks ago I went in for cigarettes and they had advertised a discount on a window sign. Went to buy the cigarettes and they rang up full price. When I I told the clerk there was a sign on the window he refused to acknowledge it and got angry and told me I was lying about the poster and then accused me of trying to fight him. I told him that he could keep them and left. If this were an isolated incident, I would shrug it off but this happens pretty much every time I go in there for anything tobacco related. Horrible customer service at this gas station no mask requirement from the cashier that was working on Saturday 12/12/20 he also grab my sisters hand and card because she wasn't fast enough to swipe her credit card and she told him to wear a mask because he wasn't wearing one and she got called a b**** by him what in the world is wrong with people like him never wanna go to another shell gas station. This shell has horrible customer service. Me and my boyfriend came to this gas station at about twelve fifteen, to grab some cigarettes and some sodas. My boyfriend and I walked up to the doors, and they were locked, unfortunately. Confused because we just saw someone exit the gas station, we both walked back to the car, and got in, until i pointed out the twenty four hour sign on the window. My boyfriend got out of the car, and walked back up to the window, waiting patiently for an employee to come back from maybe a quick bathroom break or smoke break, even took into consideration that maybe he was doing his job! The guy proceeded to wonder past the front doors, and after noticing my boyfriend, he made a hand signal to notify my boyfriend that they weren't open, so my boyfriend pointed out the sign on the window. The employee continued to say they were closed, and then explained that they were closed to him taking his thirty minute break. A "break"? While he's just wondering around the store? At midnight?? He continued to argue with my boyfriend for about five minutes, and even attempted to open the doors to come outside to my boyfriend, causing me to have to push the door shut. THE WORST customer service i have ever received. we will not return here, and i don't recommend anyone does until this employee is g o n e. read more
