I come to this location regularly and the experience is consistently frustrating. This has happened multiple times when I've come in specifically to pay cash for gas, and I'm forced to wait or leave. I understand people need breaks, but this seems to happen way too often and without any consistency. It defeats the purpose of stopping here if customers can't rely on the store being open when it should be. Management needs to address this because it's a recurring issue and a poor customer experience.

They are all super friendly and helpful in particular Guillermo. When I began coming in regularly, he remembered me and would always greet me kindly and politely. He is always friendly and kind to everyone he interacts with. Since I was coming every week, he let me know about the rewards program and the perks of being a member so without hesitation I signed up. I would normally come in the mornings to fill up but over time I started to come in the evening instead.
