I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. I felt that that was good to hear, so I took my car to them. So here is what happened - the Honda dealer told me that my 2021 Civic had an oil leak that was going to cost me ~$2500 to repair. The car never dropped oil on driveway or ran out of oil. Therefore I needed a second opinion. I called and made an appointment (sort of) and then went to them first thing in the morning. Norm spoke with me regarding the car and I told him that I wanted to give the car to my son so I needed to have it in good condition. He took my keys and put the car on a lift. The result was that his expert mechanic did not see a leak. A little dirt on the underside but no signs of leak. He filled me with relief. This is a auto place that you can trust.
