The prices are high, but that's normal, for a convenience store. Recently, I bought milk there, but I made the mistake of not requesting a receipt. It went bad, quickly, several days before the printed expiration date, and they refused to return my money. The gas is Texaco, which is usually my first choice. However, they have neglected to take care of the pumps, and they're usually full of cobwebs, with screens that are hard to read.

I'm not one to nitpick at little things like money, but I went there today to purchase some Dr…read morePepper and the sign outside and by the drinks says two for four dollars and this gentleman tried to sit there and tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about and says that it's only for Coca-Cola products not for Dr Pepper. Which yes can be understandable. However, that's not what the sign said so he charged me six dollars for two Dr Pepper but somehow my friend was able to get them for four dollars from another gentleman so you can at least make your work consistent and tell everybody that that's six dollars but you best believe I'm never coming back here for somebody to fucking gaslight me. I honestly wanted to walk away and not purchase a damn thing.

So I went to the ATM, payed my 3.50 fee for the transaction. And paid the rude lady. She in turn gave me back 15 1$ bills. I asked for 5's she said nope that's all you get. I've tried using this place in the past for gas and what not. Half the time the power is out and the rest the staff is rude or on something. They always seam out of sorts. Tonight was my last effort and I encourage people to go elsewhere. Conroe has many gas stations that offer a better experience than this place

This Buc-ee's has been our stop for over 20 years and never disappointed us (we made regular trips…read morebetween Houston-Austin). It is one of the smallest Buc-ee's, but large enough to have all the snacks available for your trip. Needless to say, the whole establishment is spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly. (BTW - it was the only Buc-ee's we used for years!)

Took one bite of each item of the $48 worth of food we purchased and threw it all away. Extremely disappointed, it seems Buc-ees has decided to cut corners and lower quality.
