That said, the service here has noticeably gone downhill over the past year or so. As someone who's worked in customer service, I completely understand how draining it can be dealing with people all day. Still, I've had cashiers who don't even acknowledge me and come across as straight-up rude. I'm always polite, so it's a tad frustrating but i always just brush it off, maybe they're having a bad day. What really stood out today was an interaction I witnessed near the water aisle. There was no bottled water in sight. A customer politely asked, in broken English, if there was any water. The employee (who appeared to be a stocker or possibly a manager) simply rudely said "no" and walked away. No "sorry, not right now" no explanation, nothing. Just a blunt, dismissive response. It wasn't the most extreme rudeness I've ever seen, but it left me a bit stunned. That person clearly has zero customer-service skills. There are some great employees here, and I don't want to paint everyone with the same brush. But the ones who treat customers this way really hurt the reputation of the whole store. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this location needs to do better.

That said, it's hard to fault the store for being popular. The cashiers are friendly and efficient, and I've always had positive experiences with the customer service desk whenever I've needed help. One thing I really appreciate about this location is the convenient exit that gets you onto I-17 quickly, which makes leaving much easier despite the busy parking lot. Overall, it's a solid Costco with good customer service. The crowds keep it from being perfect, but that's pretty much the Costco experience.

Two employees have repeatedly harassed me, shouted across the store, and publicly embarrassed me over an issue that had nothing to do with me. My husband is not allowed in the store due to a past incident--but he waits for me on the public sidewalk and never enters. Still, I was told that I had to "make him go away" or I wouldn't be served. The final straw was on May 23, 2025, when both employees yelled "you with the pink hair--get out!" as I entered. One mocked me with offensive gestures. The other came out from behind the counter trying to take my photo without consent. This was in front of other customers. I was humiliated, and I have never been told I was banned or done anything wrong. I filed a formal complaint through Circle K's customer service and spoke to someone named Suben, who said they would escalate it. Weeks later, I've heard nothing. No follow-up. No case number. No accountability. If this is how Circle K allows its employees to treat regular, respectful customers--then this isn't just a store issue. It's a company culture issue. Avoid this location at all costs. It's not safe, it's not professional, and they clearly don't care if their employees harass people on company time.

Inside, of course, they had the clean restrooms and friendly service that their stores are known for. I use QT Pay to save a little at the pump as well as a discount at the counter. The app is great for deals and rewards also. We gassed up, used the facilities, got some drinks and snacks and were back on the road in no time. Quality stop.

I chose hot beverage, then choose the type which was pineapple Papaya green tea. There were several choices. The machine asked how much lemon or if I wanted it. Then it brewed into my tea into the cup. It was super easy and quite the bargain! The tea was nice and hot just the way I like it. I am quite the tea drinker and have had my share of teas. The taste was excellent. I probably got about 2 cups of tea in a large foam cup. Good stop! They have their own parking lot.
