The 711 air station is not working charge me three dollars but I cannot get my money back from 7-Eleven even though it says a 711 gas station now I was told that there would be a phone number on the station that would provide refund for me, but there is no such phone number on the air station a refund so I've been told to come back in the morning because the manager short Italian guy will be there as he is seven days a week. Problem is that that's an inconvenience and if it says 711 station on it 711 should be able to take care of refunding the money whenever it's not working properly and then they can get the money back from the company that runs their air station read more

Words cannot express my displeasure disappointment with this location. I go to get out of my truck and you guessed it greeted by homeless people 2 of them when I told the clerks inside they just laughed and said they're here more often than you think but there harmless just give them money. The store wasn't stocked they cashiers were just on their phones all honesty if you don't need it don't bother wasting your time here. read more

I have been getting gas there for 16 years. It's gotten so scary the last few years. The transients around the building is unbelievable. People are shooting up on the side of the building. I saw a shirtless kid swaying in the bushes looking crazy. There was a guy with a needle stuck in his arm and the bus stop outside the building. Yesterday I went to get gas and the 87 unleaded push tab was missing. I had to go around to another gas tank. That one had graffiti scratched into the screen. The air hose was cut. I live not far away but this place makes me want to move it's so dangerous. They need to just demolish it. read more

Typically I don't get gas or even stop at stations so close to the freeway, but this location was so easy to access both in and out. Prices were decent and was in a wide open parking lot. Multiple gas pumps and no trouble finding a spot to fill up. In and out in under 10 minutes. read more

Over the years and when in the area I have stopped into this location to either get gas, grab a big gulp or something to eat and never had a problem. Today, my son and I were in the area and we were hungry. The two cashiers working today were easy going and fun to do business with. 7-11 has the best pizza for a convience store especially when its right out of the oven and you can request it that way (Only takes two minutes). You can get a full size pepperoni pizza for $5.55 plus tax or buy a slice for like a $1.39 or something like that but anyways my son grabbed a slice. I had my eyes set on these very small yet tasty mini-tacos your choice of chicken or beef for just .25 cents a piece or 10 for $2. The cashier said the chicken ones were "fire" meaning the best and boy she didn't lie. The beef ones surprisingly were not very good. So after getting our food my son and I got the world famous slurpee (coca cola) and off we went. Great experience! Yes, there are transients in the area but they are around Circle K & QT's too so lets not act like they are just at 7-11's. Anyways, if you are in the area and you just want a quick snack (Hot foods) definitely grab a slice of pizza, slurpee and or the mini chicken tacos becaue they are "Fire" LOL read more

Have not been inside the 7-Eleven; this review is for gas services only. As of the end of September 2019, this gas station had over half the pumps out of service. After waiting to use one of the very few "functioning" pumps, the screen did not work at all and we were unable to purchase gas. Ultimately we had to leave and seek gas elsewhere. We were lucky we had 10 miles left in our tank to find somewhere else that actually had functioning pumps. read more

I've gone here twice simply to put gas. The lady behind the counter needs training, a hearing aid, and a customer 101 class. I just needed gas. The first time I go there, the card doesnt work at the pump. I guess you always have to prepay your gas here??? So I go in and she rudely tells me "how" to use the credit card machine at the pump. MM hm. ok lady. Then I give her my card WITH my ID and it takes her two minutes to find my NAME on my ID. Really???? So, I give her a dollar amount to run and finally, we're on our way. We drove all over the place so the next morning I needed another fill up. Again, the card thing doesnt work. I go back in to prepay my gas. I go back out to pump and NOTHING. It's not working. I'm like what the crap?! After freezing my butt off in the cold trying to get it to work I finally go back in and tell her its not working. She goes, didn't you say pump 3? I said NO, I SAID $30 ON 1. I'm the ONLY car out there!! She presses the issue and says again, I couldve sworn you said three. I yell back, NO. I SAID ONE! I grab my receipts (after she tells me to keep all my receipts, which flags me that she's probably done this MANY times) and run out the door fuming. What an idiot! read more

What a dump. This place is a mess and their is always some shady looking people hangin out. If they cleaned up the inside and outside better, I think the visual impression would improve. It's near some decent stores and resturants. The staff is less than typical gas station peeps, they look tired and miserable. You can barely get a hello from them. read more

Wish I could give this place -10 stars. I have spent so much money at this place as well as my family, and it makes me sick to think I spent one cent. The owners are so extremely rude to their customers, including myself and are so sloppy and their employees are just as bad. I have had so many bad experiences here, and I am way too nice, the only reason my fiance and I kept going here was because it is the only gas station close to our apartments. We've tried being so nice to the owners and workers but we literally couldn't believe the disgusting attitude we got every time in return. The owners are the most grumpy people I have ever met. We used to get coffee there every morning and one morning we were running late so I put coffee in the cup and grabbed 4 little creamers to put in it in the car cuz we were running so late, we pay for the coffees and AFTER paying as we are walking out, the owner says to me, "those creamers you took, next time they are .25cent each" (bad greek accent) and I told her very nicely that it's not like I was stealing them to use them at home, I told her we were in a hurry. Plus they are FREE. She didnt care. Circle K has literally let my fiance and I 10-15 extra of them home before cuz they were a limited edition ones lol. They are supposed to be FREE ANYWHERE. Kids go in there and drink them while their parents put 20-30 of them in their coffees. I didnt want to go back even after that. Well a couple days later my fiance goes in and tries to get us 2 of those vanilla starbucks double shot cold coffees. We had bought 2 of them 2 days in a row lol. Well we bought all of them (4) of them they had stocked and my fiance sees the male owner stocking only more mocha flavor which we dont like. My fiance asks him when they are going to get more vanilla in and if he has any hes about to put on the shelf, the owner says "no no more. You and ur wife take (bought) dem all" in a very rude way. And 4 weeks later and they still only order and stock mocha flavor lol. They have also accused both my fiance, my mom and I all of stealing which we made them look like idiots when they accused us, which we gave them no reason at all to even think such a thing especially since we spend so much money there and are apart of the 20% of people in that area who actually are dressed very nice and clean and my fiance and I are always driving very nice different cars because my family owns a car dealership which is what we do for work. This place has just pissed me and my family off for the last time. We will drive the extra few miles to go to another gas station. Plus it's very dirty, musty and cluttered in there. My fiance and I have not only seen people, including little kids, trip over their rug and boxes that are always laying out on the floor but we have tripped over them ourselves several times. They are way over priced and so many things they have are expired and out of date. It's not just myself and family who they treat this way. It's almost every single person that goes there and especially the ones that try to be nice. I've never written a review period on any place. I really am such a nice, friendly, sweet 22 year old female. But I thought everyone should know how horrible of a place this is. I've even seen them hurt several different little kids' feelings and scare them off for no reason! You can attempt to go here but there is a 99% chance you will not have a good experience in the slightest bit. They came from Greece here to America but yet act like they despise Americans and America itself. I am a little Greek myself and I am appalled at this families behavior. Even towards each other.
